I stayed here at the end of June 2014 for a few nights because I wanted to cycle up Bealach Na Ba. I highly recommend this B&B. It's pretty far down the Croft Road, but well signed and has a killer of a driveway to get up. The service was fantastic and the room was gorgeous. Those extra few metres to get up the driveway give you a spectacular view from your room (I stayed on the ground floor, first room on the right). The room had huge windows and even a door to the outside. You could look over Lochcarron and even across the loch. Emma was a great hostess and she leaves out a wee card everyday you're there to see what you'd like for breakfast in the morning. The card said you needed to hand it back by 8pm, but luckily she was flexible as my train didn't arrive into Strathcarron until 7:50. The next time I need a place to stay in this area, this will be my top choice. Just to note, she doesn't accept card payments so be sure to bring cash. There's a Bank of Scotland on the main road if you need it. read more
