We received and returned our bikes painlessly meeting them at the Bordeaux train station. The bikes were well equipped and in excellent condition. We suffered no flats or maintenance issues during the trip, though we were well prepared with the provided repair kit with spare tubes, pump, patch kit etc. We would very happily plan another trip with O2Cycles; they know the region very well and their suggestions for routes, restaurants, sights and stops were all top notch. The bikes arrived and were picked up at the predetermined time. They were in excellent condition and we had no maintenance problems. Both Celia and Norbert answered all pertinent questions that we had before our trip. Communication in English was just fine. I would highly recommend this company. If I return to Bordeaux, I will gladly rent bikes from them.

Good price, no paperwork, & my Driver's License was sufficient rather than having to supply a passport. The bikes were well maintained: gears shifted easily & breaks worked well. Rental included locks & helmets. I wouldn't consider renting anywhere else in Bordeaux. Also, it's across the street from the river, easy to find.
