The conservatory kit was delivered on the date and time as planned. This was the first time we as a family had ventured into building a conservatory. Found it to be more of a challenge than expected, however enjoyable. During the build we needed some minor clarifications and found that the Technical team were most helpful. The end result was we have a conservatory that we can use all the year round. All of our neighbours and friends are envious of what a lovely high quality conservatory we have and cannot believe that we as a family built it and the price we paid.

It was clear from the first meeting that Jon is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he offered good advice as to the best way to do the work without causing too much disruption. We only have the one large living room so he had to do the work in two halves. Jon kept the mess to a minimum and cleared up as much as reasonably possible at the end of each day so that we could use the other half of the room in the evenings. We have been extremely happy with the quality of the plastering. The walls in particular were in a poor state and they now look like new. Jon is also very pleasant and easy to talk to, and he let us know exactly what work he would be undertaking each day. The price quoted was the price we paid, there were no hidden extras. Overall we couldn't be happier with the work and we've had a number of favourable comments from friends. Our living room basically looks like a new room! We would definitely use Plasterer Mafia again and would highly recommend.
