We are delighted with our 3.6m x 2.7m Georgian style conservatory. Our basic conceptual ideas were fabricated by Conservatory Land to our specifications, offering excellent quality and value. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and any queries which arose concerning the construction were dealt with quickly and efficiently allowing us to continue our project with confidence. It has been a real asset to our home. Thank you read more

If you are looking for a value for money Conservatory then look no further than Conservatory Lands Products. They are value for money, well-constructed, offer numerous variations in shapes & sizes, glazing, roof styles, bases, self-build, or they can build it for you. From design through to constructing & right to the last screw Conservatory Land are with you all the way with help plus & advice, & when the project is finished they are still with you as they have a second to none after sales service & warranty which is so imperative when purchasing any product of this nature. Our Conservatory was a self-build, a replacement for our old wooden one which went down to damp course. Our new Conservatory Land conservatory I've constructed is now sitting on a dwarf highly insulated wall. Praise goes to Will at the sales stage then Richard with final design requirement's & Dave Boot with his fantastic patience, knowledge, help & advice whilst I was constructing our conservatory, first class, well done all the Conservatory Land team. We wanted to increase our leaving space and also feel we were in the garden. ConsevatoryLand were very helpful from the initial contact, placing of order and during the build. The conservatory kit was delivered on the date and time as planned. This was the first time we as a family had ventured into building a conservatory. Found it to be more of a challenge than expected, however enjoyable. During the build we needed some minor clarifications and found that the Technical team were most helpful. The end result was we have a conservatory that we can use all the year round. All of our neighbours and friends are envious of what a lovely high quality conservatory we have and cannot believe that we as a family built it and the price we paid. read more

We had a part of our patio which we rarely used (about 3m X 3m) and as it faces South we thought about building a conservatory on it. However a complication was that we still needed access to the rear garden so it could not be square. After seeing an advertisement for Conservatoryland I sent them a diagram with measurements and they very quickly replied with a quote and a plan. I was very surprised that they could design it to meet my exact needs and dimensions so I went ahead and ordered it. I can't recall how long it took to arrive but there was no urgency on my part and there was no problem. On arrival I realised that it was extremely complicated to assemble but one of the great things was that the construction instructions were tailored exactly for my conservatory. This made it all quite easy. The base was very simple to put together with easily adjustable feet to ensure that it was perfectly level. This meant there was no time consuming levelling of the patio. The framework and windows were quite straightforward to assemble - the roof was quite difficult just because of the height. However I was supplied with a very good plan on how best to do this - again tailored to my conservatory . I had a poly roof as it was cheaper and this certainly helped construction as it was so much lighter than glass and it didn't matter if I dropped any of it! There were a few problems on the way though! One of the window cills had been cut upside down which was a bit confusing ! Also I trimmed something incorrectly and needed a replacement. In each instance new parts arrived very quickly with no quibble and no charge which was fantastic service! I would highly recommend this company . They supplied a bespoke design which consisted of several hundred parts and supported this complexity extremely well. We often use the conservatory and say that it is the best extension to the house that we have ever had- particularly when we listen to the rain on the roof. Also there is a small unexpected bonus - it keeps the adjoining kitchen and dining rooms a bit warmer. We have a temperature sensor inside and outside it is always warmer than outside. read more

I've had my conservatory installed for around 8 months and I'm still very pleased with it. If you are a keen DIY'er then this is the way to go. We opted for the ConservaBase which is a steel frame, wooden floor and steel 'box' dwaft wall clad in brick tiles. I must admit I was sceptical about this solution but I decided to give it ago as concrete foundations and brick walls just weren't in our budget. But after having it I'm very impressed. Installation is straight forward and can be done on your own. The walls (the bit I was worried about) look just like brick walls, and if you don't tell people they will compliment you on your excellent brick laying skills! The conservatory frame is also impressive. It goes together like a giant meccano set and has enough flexibility build in to work with the not-so-straight-walls of the house. The glass roof sections are very heavy and constructing the roof requires a couple of long ladders, so the job definitely requires 2 people at times. My biggest worry was that it would have that 'DIY' look to it when finished, but I am very pleased to confirm that it looks professionally installed when finished. I'd like to say that is down to my handy work but really it's Conservatory Land who should have all of the credit. My only minor gripe with the kit was the instructions. They were a bit limited in some of the details, such as what all the fixings are for (I have a box full left over, but so far it's still standing!). So I would recommend that before you get stuck in make sure you understand every part and if you don't speak to the technical team who are very helpful. One last recommendation is about the flashings. Lead is very expensive and difficult to install so I went for the aluminium self adhesive stripes from Wickes which worked really well and so far are still working well after the freezing winter and the heavy rain we've had! read more

I looked around at other makes of conservatories and had salesman around for upto 3 hours at a time, prices quoted £23k. I found conservatory land and called for a quote, the process was easy, because I had a decorative brick pattern I took photographs and measurements and sent in to the Tech Team. I was worried when the product arrived, so many packages but now what do I do..I took a week to read instructions through and through, pick a week with good weather and let battle commence. I did the build apart from the glass in the roof on my own, I would get more help if I were to do it again but 7 days to get it to a stage ready for glazing was quite good going. A fraction of the cost for the same outcome and satisfaction that I did it. I have no building experience but was happy to take the challenge. Everything went together as the instructions said and help was at the end of the phone. I would recommend Conservatory Land !! read more

I chose this conservatory after lots of research. Apart from a competitive price, this conservatory was available with a custom made steel base, the 'Conservabase' This allowed the conservatory to be fitted over old concrete footings and drains without having to remove them. All it required were 5 concrete pads to rest on and 3 of these were provided by the old footings. The conservabase and conservatory were both accurately made and easy to fit. As it was a 'first' I made use of Conservatory Land's technical support which was first class in every respect. Their engineer Dave Boot in particular, deserves mention for his patience, advice and depth of knowledge. The conservatory was completed last year but still looks as good as new. It is warm, dry and draught proof. I would definitely buy another if I moved to a house without one. read more

From my first contact with Conservatory Land they were extremely helpful and quoted a very competitive price. I was advised on the details to provide and I supplied detailed dimensions of the awkward existing wall. The kit was made to measure and fitted very well. Once delivered the staff on the helpline provided good advice and everything fitted together very well. This was not a DIY job, due to the size a couple of mates were essential but other than the box gutter, ridge and 5 very heavy double glazing units I did the rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of building a conservatory. Very Happy OAP read more

The quality was great. The sales team were easy to work with and not pushy. The instructions clear but the support was amazing. Several new parts were supplied at not cost, including a large window. There were a few issues. Mostly from us but the dealt with everything in a positive can-do manner. We will need another conservatory next year on a different house and will go direct to them. read more
