I bought some hayfever tablets from here which were pretty cheap, they were on offer. The staff are friendly here too.

It is easy to navigate around the store, and the stock was reasonable. The opening hours aren't great, especially considering the store provides services such as an Optician and Pharmacy, and closing at 5:30 just isn't good enough. It would be useful if they stayed open a little later, I know Sainsbury's (also in the shopping centre) is open until 7 pm, so I don't see why that can't be the case here. Queuing at the pharmacy could be handled better, while the stock was reasonable, I do prefer their Meadowhall location which is only one stop away on the train. 3*

They always tell you how long you prescription will be before it is ready. They even go to the surgery and collect them if you have repeat medication. This option is really good as myself and my son use this option as sometimes you don't realise that you are running low on mess until it is nearly all gone. They have made a lot of changes to the shop and I must say they are all for the better. Keep up the good work.

Or have to wait a good while if you need your prescriptions earlier. In my opinion, this is a small price to pay for a trust worthy service. Open Monday to Friday only. However using this Pharmacy as a customer you will be treated with indifference. You frequently see staff chatting, pharmacists chatting whilst customers queue, you almost feel like a hindrance. Service takes to long. I have waited on many occasions whilst a staff member has finished serving the customer but will then continue chatting whilst customers wait. Very poor service. All of the staff need to go on a customer service training course. It's actually quicker for me to jump in my car and drive to Lloyds Pharmacy, where you are dealt with courteously and promptly

They would simply hand me back my prescription when I showed them the item but as soon as I came here, they assured me they would try to get the item but because it was out of stock they couldn't so they proceeded to contact my GP and request a change in medicine from a patch they couldn't get to a tablet they could and even recommended which one the doctor prescribes. I'm feeling more myself than ever since receiving it! Great service and speedy turnaround!

This is a nice Boots store, located inside Leeds' White Rose Shopping Centre. The store is a little…read moresmaller than I would have the selection, but the store is well-stocked for a store of its' size in most areas and is fairly easy to find what you're looking for if it is stocked. The store has the newer Boots branding, which I prefer. No Opticians here but there is a small area dedicated to Boots Hearingcare. If you're looking for a Boots Opticians, you'll either have to visit their branch in Leeds city centre or head to Morley which are both a reasonable distance away. I was particularly impressed by the selection of men's toiletries and oral products including toothpaste. Looking at the negative side of things, I do find it frustrating how they shut the Pharmacy at 7 pm, which is two hours before the main store shuts, and the selection of to-go food and drink in the fridge section is very disappointing, and is much reduced compared to their other stores. 3*

If its not in store they can order them in for you or even arrange home delivery. There is an extensive chemist on site with two very good pharmacists. I use the photo kiosk at boots quite a lot as they are great for downloading my many hundreds of family pics and having the leisure of taking my time. I've heard it said recently that Boots are quite expensive but I have always found there deals really good value, especially on baby products. If you shop for nappies less often and buy in bulk they usually end up cheaper than anywhere else! As we are heading to Christmas there are some great 3 for 2 offers of toys and toiletries and my favourite boxed fragrances.
