This is a shop that I walk past so often, but yesterday I popped in and had a browse - and I was…read morepleasantly surprised!! They have loads of lovely gift ideas that won't break the bank, and loads of things to treat yourself too - including a mini chocolate fountain for little over £5! They sell brand named perfumes at (mostly) below RRP and they obviously have the pharmacy side of things too - and although I've not used it, when I was there yesterday, I overheard a man being told about special offers on a medicine so that he could save money! The shop isn't very big, and would be a nightmare to navigate pushchairs or wheelchairs around, but it's well worth a look if you're passing by. The staff are pretty friendly too, and there wasn't a queue when I went - but if there was a queue, then browsing would be a bit of a nightmare! Lots of health/exercise stuff for fairly cheap prices too -great if you've made a new years' resolution!!
