We used Triple A and got the car towed to the shop. We were told by Rudy that Jesse would be giving us a ride home from the shop. While already in the car with Jesse we realized he had been drinking and had an open beer with him. He drove extremely recklessly and my boyfriend and I sat silently while he almost hit two different people. Before we left we were told the car would be ready at 10am. When we called at 9:30 we were told they weren't sure when it would be done. When we called Jesse again later and tried to address the drunk driving he got extremely hostile. We contacted Rudy who is supposed to be above him and were given a time of 4pm. They are now refusing to give the car back to my boyfriend and saying they will only work with his father. We were told the reason it took so long is because one of their employees dropped a screw in the engine. So because of their mistake we were driving an unsafe vehicle and then driven by a drunk employee. I'm very disappointed by their lack of respect and professionalism. We did end up filing a police report because of the drunk driving.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Need tires? Or anything auto related? Make tire mart your place. They're seriously the best tire…read moreshop in Vegas. I used to go to Discount Tire exclusively but the last few times I went there, they were only interested in selling me on their most expensive tires that I didn't even need. Not to mention they never even had my size in stock for any tire. I got fed up and found Tire Mart. Not only did they have what size I needed, but they always had different brands of tires in stock. I went with some Crossmax tires a couple years ago and happy to say they're still holding up very well. Best of all, it was about $200 cheaper for all four than Discunt Tire was for two of their cheapest tire that weren't even in stock. Fast forward, I bought some wheels for my car and of course Discunt Tire was trying to upsell me on their ugly wheels instead of mounting the ones I already bought. Also trying to sell me on tires that were absolutely not needed and quoted me $2600 in total for everything. I went back to Tire Mart, and they installed my existing tires onto my new rims and mounted them on the car for only $160. Took less than two hours also vs probably taking all day at the other place. Customer service is always great here, prices are definitely fair, service itself is pretty quick. I'm doing some more work to my car soon and will use Tire Mart for their services. They offer many different financing options as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family and will continue to do business with them myself. I live on the southwest side of Vegas and the drive to Tire Mart on Losee is worth it.

When I arrived, the shop was completely empty outside and there was some trash around the exterior, which didn't give the best first impression. Inside, the staff was grouped together talking, but one of them quickly came over and asked how he could help. I showed him the damage and he immediately mentioned it looked like dry rot. He then took a closer look at the tire. At that point, I had already gotten a second opinion from Discount Tire, where I was told it could likely be repaired, but the wait time was too long for my schedule. The interaction itself was quick and polite, but I personally left feeling unsure and decided to get the repair done elsewhere based on my own judgment. Overall, I appreciate their time and inspection, but I ultimately chose another shop and was able to get it fixed the same day.
