My Crock-Pot, several cast iron pans as well as all of my cooking utensils were stolen . A u told me that they did not believe me and they would not replace the locks . From 2022 until 2024 a u allowed my back neighbor to keep her aggressive dog chained outside the laundry room so it was not accessible as well as to keep her trash and dog feces inside the laundry room . In February of 2024 the gas company had to shut off my service because of a leak inside my house that had to be fixed by a plumber . A u left me without gas for over a month . I was unable to shower or cook and did not have heat in a blizzard. As of August 2024 the heater is still not connected . In May of 2024 workers that were at the back apartment stole two of my area rugs and all of my laundry supplies from the laundry room . Au would not address this in phone call or message . In June of 2024 my neighbor moved out and took the washing machine with him. Au said that they would not be replacing the washing machine and they would not allow me to purchase my own washing machine to put in the laundry room. They do not mow the yard until you send them pictures of the grass taller than the four foot fence. They do not answer the phone and when you go to their office during posted business hours they are never there.

They had drug addicts squatting in their abandoned apartment and did nothing to keep them from robbing us even after they were told by several people that they are there. They never take responsibility and it's always that's not my department but when it comes to rent it's everyone's department. The apartments are infested with roaches and mice. Then they have the audacity to tell you that they know struggle but comes in sporting a new fall dye job. You will pay them insurance fees every month only to find out that it does nothing for you in case of a fire or robbery. I honestly wish that I don't have to give them any stars.

This case is at the prosecutor's office for harassment. The last tenant was just as horrible, and his case has a court date of August 19, 2022. We have BEGGED and BEGGED this company to do something, but they are not interested. From what we understand, an investigator spoke to someone "high up" in the company, and he was not interested in helping us homeowners. We may sue for harassment if this continues.
