Started getting estimates to replace my 25+ year old roof and Solid Roofing was one roofing company…read moreI reached out to. The estimate was scheduled promptly and the estimator was friendly but kept pushing drippage rails on us saying it required by NC building codes and we would not get a warranty on the new roof if it was not installed which we found out later was not true. It is RECOMMNEDED but not required by NC building codes. Good news/bad news: they do such nice work that I'm probably never going to see these guys again.
