They missed an old fence post buried in concrete during the removal of the old landscaping. Instead of removing it later when they laid the new sod, they just laid the sod around it as if I wanted to keep an old fence post in my yard. They took so long to come lay the sod that they were not able to complete the job before the cold weather hit last year so they had to return to finish the job this spring. They did not tell me when they were coming to do the sod work either time. They did not tell me how I was supposed to take care of the new sod. I can see the seams where the sod is laid which looks terrible. They pulled out an old basketball post for me and said they would return to fill in the hole and lay sod over that as well but did not finish that part of the job either. They basically did not seem to care how good of a job they were doing. I will never use their services again and would not recommended them to anyone.

Called these guys up, only ones that answered the call after I previously called 5 other tree services before these guys. They were here in an hour, I just wanted it dropped and I would clean up the rest, they had it done in like 20 minutes. Even though it may look like a small simple tree, it was too tall and heavy to try myself and the wires and fences , you need a bucket truck for this. 5 stars here .

While transporting large cut tree limbs and brush from our backyard to the front of our home to be grinded, TNT workers damaged a portion of the siding on our garage. These TNT workers never mentioned to us that they hit the side of our garage with tree particles causing damage. We didn't notice the damage until after they had completed the job and left our property. Instead of being integral, notifying us of their mistake and compensating us, we found several strips of Dupont Tyvek tape covering gashes. Character is what you do when no one's watching. Since then we had another large tree removed from our property. We did not call TNT Tree Service & Stump Grinding.

He came over in-person and gave us, by far, the most reasonable quote of five from the various companies who came and gave us estimates. While examining our trees, it was obvious that he was knowledgeable about his job. He was friendly and did not rush the estimate, taking time to find out what we needed, answer our questions, offer advice, and create a plan for the scope of the work. On the day of the removal, Brent and his team of nine guys - with a bucket truck, chipper, skid loader, and chainsaws descended upon the job and got right to it. It was immediately apparent they were professionals and impressive to watch how they all worked together like the proverbial well-oiled machine. They worked quickly, in a highly organized and efficient manner. Even if I didn't need a tree removed, I think I would pay money just to watch them in action- it was amazing! They had the tree felled, cut up, chipped, and all cleaned up in a little over an hour. They asked if we wanted firewood from it, cut up a nice selection, and neatly stacked it on the driveway for us. We also had them trim a maple tree in the back yard and we were very pleased with how it came out. Communication from start to finish was timely and professional. We were surprised and extremely grateful that Brent went out of his way to get us worked in as quickly as possible, as we had time constraints and needed the job done asap. Great communication-they were there when they said that they would be and left when they said that they would-very efficient. Charlie gave us lots of info for our remaining trees and we will have him spray in the future. This is the second time that we have used Embark and would recommend to anyone.
