Upon arrival, I was seen at the scheduled time by Laura Deeter. Laura also works with Clark County Family Court. She listened carefully to our situation and showed genuine concern. when we did not understand certain items, she repeated the information without be condescending. It was later discovered that our mother had a Springing Durable Power of Attorney in her Will and Trust Paperwork. Laura explained that this would aid us financially but not in a healthcare situation.
