Upon coming in apartment smells of cigarette and pot smoke was evident that is disgusting 2. The apartment walls are filthy dirt marks, hand prints etc . 3.The entry door is revolting, has not been cleaned had brown on it looked like fecal matter 4. Interior walls are damaged have holes in them, 5 lights and switches are either filthy with months of bugs in them or broken ( fire hazard) 6 the sliding door in bedroom area does not even open hence the cloths wire is sitting against a wall 7 there is no stoppers in sink hence the dishes were dirty and I had to go and rewash them using a hand towel a brought from home (as mentioned there are no cleaning cloths sponges or anything to use on dishes) before I used a single thing 8 the pillows and mattress are about 5-10 years past the use by date you actually sink in 9 the floors are sticky The window/door covering are dirty and stained 10 carpets have huge brown stains on them The only area that was clean in this apartment was the bathroom except floors (sticky) and the kitchen table All up I would not allow my dog to stay here and the condition of this place was not improved on after the cleaner returned she left a stopper but no cleaning products and I don't know how much cleaning was done as the hand prints and gum that were there are still there after the supposing cleaning was done. The place is old filthy and a fire hazard stay away backpacker places are better than this They said they would send a cleaner in well the cleaner must have been blind as I took pictures before and after cleaner came in and all I can say is that they are disgusting apartments and horrible people to work with am looking into who to report them too. This real estate is as dodgy as they comeand they don't care if they do fraudulent activity as long as they get your money. Stay away from them if you enjoy peaceful clean accommodation
