Toward the end of the summer of 2025, it appeared that the quality of the service began too deteriorate. That trend appeared to continue this summer to the point that, in our opinion, the quality of the service was poor and some services that I understood would be included were not being provided at all. Additionally, it also appeared to me that OE damaged some newly seeded area in our lawn although they did not accept responsibility. It got to the point that many of the services we understood would be provided other than the basic mowing were "not included". After we made multiple good faith efforts to resolve these issues, OE not only declined to continue to provide lawn care services but threatened to sue us. Fortunately, we were able to replace OE within 2 hours at a lower price; so far that service has exceeded expectations! Interestingly, we notice that a neighbor that used OE and recommended them to us is no longer using them.

He showed me the causes and effects of different situations when it comes to landscape. Although I can't say that I like Rob, he does what he has to do. The way that turf pro works is they do the more business properties before the residential. The reason that they might not have made it to you is because they have a lot of properties to finish with a lot of grass or snow. You will defiantly get work done faster if you own a business and you pay good money because it is money well spent.

I was ok with that because I wanted the yard to look nice for the holiday. This morning he called and said he couldn't get sod today because it had rained and it was too wet to cut it out. He could do it next week some time. Wanting grass along the house and realizing I wouldn't have it be the weekend, I asked if they could seed the area with grass. He quoted me a reasonable price and said he would have someone out in an hour. Paul and Jacob showed up within the hour. They prepared the site and seeded the area. They apologized for the lack of communication explaining that they were very busy as this was the first week the weather was good enough to plant grass. They were nice enough to seed another small area at no extra cost. The two men were very informative, polite, and knowledgeable. They told me everything I needed to do to care for the new lawn.They also said they would check back in a couple weeks to see how the new lawn was coming along. This job came with a satisfaction guarantee. I will be skeptical, but would use them again if there is an occasion. I would request Paul and Jacob to do the work.

The roofers who installed my $$$ standing seam metal roof recommended getting rid of a huge tangle of overhanging tree branches to prevent future problems-about 35-40' of problems. Taylin came when arranged to discuss, sent a reasonable estimate soon after, (very reasonable given the issue and inconvenience of the work involved), and then scheduled me. Best of all, he came when he said, did what he promised and went above and beyond: he and his partner cleared EVERYTHING they cut down. THEN cleaned up after themselves and neatened a path where they worked which was messy with leaves/mulch gone rogue--100% my bad.
