When I spoke to the owner he agreed we were billed twice. They never completed the winterization. They never corrected the billing and do not return phone calls or emails. They are a very shady business. We ended up paying the bill because they threatened to send it to collections, via sending the bill to us again with a collections notice. Not even sure if the work they did is correct, which was why we did not want the work done until next year. The whole situation was beyond unbelievable.

When I turned it on for the first time I had one leaking head and another head flew off completely (checking heads I believe is part of the "service"). I reinstalled the head and tightened the other. Last fall they shut the system down and blew the lines out. I found a head that had blown onto the porch. They said they'd replace it in the spring. This spring they were to be out two weeks ago by appointment. I haven't seen hide nor hair of them nor have I received a return call from any of the three messages I've left asking what's up. I know it's their busy time of year but missing an appointment and not returning three calls? Perhaps the lack of service has to do with prepayment for services (my bad)? I really can't say...argh!

He was very friendly and promised things he couldn't deliver. We had a clear agreement and expectations as to what would happen. He only ended up doing half of what we had decided on!! Now because of his carelessness and inattentive nature, only half of the job is done and I have no way of getting him to complete the agreement. I have tried several times to get in contact with him so we can discuss a reasonable resolution... he never returns my calls. What kind of business man does not own up to his mistakes and try and remedy the solution. Normally you try and work together to find a way to please the customer and still make smart business choices. He has cut off all lines of communication and refuses to even talk about it. And this is THE OWNER!!! He has flat out lied to me just to get what he wanted and then he cheated me out of the remainder of our agreement. He was coy, cunning and I unfortunately played right into his hands. Looking back on it.... he made very deliberate choices so he could cover his own ass and still get away with only upholding half of our agreement. Very sneaky! I would not trust him or any company he runs!!
