When I arrived to the building, I thought it seemed odd there was a big 23 in front but I went in anyway. There are two medical offices in the same building and same floor so it was a little comforting. The suite was super easy to find since it was the first one upstairs. I walked in and two females greeted me. One sat me down and asked for my groupon number while the other seemed to have finished preparing the room I will be in. They asked me to follow them down this dark hallway. I could hear sessions in other rooms so again, more comfort that I am not alone walking down a dark hall. She gave me slippers cause the floor was cold. The room was a bit chilled which I love. She suggested starting with face down and pointed at a robe behind the door if I felt uncomfortable or got cold. When the therapist returned, she asked if I wanted low, medium, or hard pressure. I asked her to start with medium and we can go from there. The medium massage itself was good enough. My neck hurt from night before and she did a great job concentrating on it. She kept consistent pressure which sometimes can be hard for therapists. The best thing was she includes feet concentration and hot stones which are hard to find at other places. Sixty minutes have ended and I could already fell my back release some tension. The therpist said her thank yous and steps out of the room. After getting dressed, I walked out and she handed me a cup of water. I gave her 30% tip. I figured if I normally tip 20 percent to wait staff and they are not standing by my table servicing me for a full consistent hour, someone who actually had to use muscle and applied pressure deserves more. All in all, the experience was not what I had thought it would be. I will for sure be coming back soon.

So when I showed up I realized that Annie wasn't in. Another woman was there. I am assuming she is the new owner, and she was incredibly rude. She literally pushed me into the massage room and when I asked to use the restroom first she was very irritated. I then went back to the massage room. She came in and asked me to pay first. So no problem I gave her my card to pay. She then asked what tip I was adding. I said $15 which was over 20% on a $70 massage. She gave me back my card and said that wasn't enough. She wanted $25. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip. This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. I then asked for her name one last time and told her I have never been treated like this before. She refused to give me her name. She then started physically pushing me towards the front door. I'm blown away! She should not be in business. If by some chance Annie is still the owner and this woman works for her I hope that Annie sees this review and fires her ASAP! Worst customer service experience of my life!
