Buying a home is a HUGE investment and without really understanding the market and what was out there, we were told we were "too picky." After two years of trying to buy a house and doing a majority of the leg work ourselves, we were beat down and defeated. Kelley was referred to us and of course I was not too eager but she was AMAZING!! This transaction happened all during COVID-19 and she never missed a beat! She took time to explain the market to us and took time to understand what we were looking for. Instead of making us feel stupid, she educated us and never lost her patience. With every question she was able to teach us something. My husband and I picked out a few houses and she drove tons of miles to show them to us. After a few, when she fully understood us, she took over full force and dug in. She presented us with houses that I had previously skipped over in the MLS while looking. We went and saw a couple and put in an offer! Unfortunately we were beat out by another offer and were feeling a bit down. Kelley again dug in and went to work. At 8pm on a Saturday night she texted me an almost identical (2 car vs. 3 car garage) house from what we put an offer in on earlier that day. It had just gone on the MLS and was FSBO. She called the homeowners that evening and we were in the house touring with clorox wipes and sanitizer in hand the next morning. We put in an offer by signing the paperwork in the driveway - old school! We got the house! She was able to educate the homeowners and is now their realtor too! Once we moved, our previous house had to go on the market. Kelley again educated us on what would sell and where we should go. She would've let us do something different but I trust her 100% to put us in a good spot. Our previous house had 5 offers in 3 days and went under contract for full list price! She is absolutely amazing! The staging, the photographer's photos, everything was perfect. I never felt stressed out or anything. Kelley handled it all!! If you are sick of the pretentious part-time realtors and want to work with someone real who will tell you the 100% honest truth but do so in a very kind way and back it up with facts, then you need to call Kelley!
