Let her come to me so my mother's schedule my appointment with her the first time she did an amazing job I complimented something I saw her do on Facebook and she said I got you and I told her I want that same style. She said to my mom as well. She has to bring her own hair and I said no I want my own hair. She wasn't sure if my hair was long enough that first style my hair was way longer than she thought. My hair was way thicker than she thought and she said guess what we can pull out the pull off the style however you want it in the band 2 kn they were gorgeous. Everyone loved my hair and I was able to pair it with some of the hair accessories. I have then the second time she did my hair which is current. I love my hair I can style it anyway I want corn rolls the front and I let her corn roll. Whatever she's feeling whatever design she's feeling that day as long as she leaves some out in the back sometimes she'll say no I need to braid the back to get it to grow and her growth oil. Her oil for your scalp is amazing. It's $10 a bottle and it's worth every single penny I now have two bottles of oil scout oil. My mom has like four bottle bottles. The vibe is really nice. My hearing is very sensitive. So when I come to the shop, she make sure that in her area she turns down the volume completely on the TV or the music and I'm very sensitive to smells. She make sure it smells like Kashmir as she make sure that I'm OK that I have water she just is very, very wonderful and very lovely and she listens to you and gives you exactly what you want. She goes above and beyond, and I asked her to wash my hair and scrub my scout real good and she washes it in scrubs it not to where it hurts but she asked me before I get up out of the shampoo bowl when she shampoos it and then conditions it she said that I get all the areas of your scalp that itch. I say yes yes yes ma'am I even fell asleep when she was washing and shampooing and conditioning my hair and she does deep conditioners. It's awesome. I love her and her prices are reasonable. She doesn't request much. She just wants you to be satisfied, you cannot walk out that door unsatisfied she will go back and rearrange her schedule if you're not satisfied with your hair, but she checks in on you during the appointment and says OK do you like it? Is this OK? Is this all right and if you say no, she said OK we'll start over. We'll start over. I love it. I love her shot. She used to have two shots but now she converted it to one which is wonderful. I have even taken a few cards and giving them away and left them with different people like today. I left one of her cards with the lady at the library South Bowie branch and said just let her touch your hair just and if she helps it grow, it's wonderful and she's a licensed. She has her licensed cosmetology and a Loctician and even silk press she does those she does it all. She's so amazing. I leave her card on different people's cars. They want to have their hair done all natural even if you want a chemical in it she won't mind, but she will tell you the pH balance of your hair. What's good for it? What's not what products would don't what to use? What's not to use all of it.

Not only is she skilled with color, but she is honest. If she doesn't know how to do a style, she'll tell you and suggest something else. If the color comes out not quite what you wanted, she'll invite you to come back with no ego or qualms. She also lets you know what is possible for your hair type and texture and what isn't. Andria can make a wig for you if that's what you're looking for (for a certain look for a special occasion, for work, or if you're suffering hair loss), she can do traditional weaves, and simply help those that need upkeep with current styles. With my friends wedding coming up quick and my regular hairstylist working the wedding party, I was…read morein a bind to find a qualified professional to do an updo fitting for my formal gown. I browsed yelp for an hour, read reviews, checked pictures and narrowed down on my top 3 salons closest to her venue. Studio Nails & Hair in Oceanside was my first call, and only call! Requesting to speak to Dee, (not realizing she was the owner), I immediately informed her of a picture I saw on yelp of an updo done by her. Complimented her on her quality and proceeded to discuss my predicament. She quickly confirmed the fast approaching date and time needed (2-3 days after call), without hesitation. Once the big day arrived, I was running about 2 hours behind schedule. I called and notified Dee of my unexpected updated ETA and asked if she could still accommodate me for a later appointment. She again said without hesitation, not a problem, I will see you then. Once in route from Lake Arrowhead (my secondary residence), I missed my exit and ended up having to driving an extra 30 mins around to catch the next freeway. I quickly called to inform and beg her to still be seen as it was crunch time. Dee fully understood and assured me that I'd be seen, but may have to wait as she started on her next scheduled client. I said not a problem and I couldn't thank her enough for still fitting me in. Once Dee finished with my hair, (which was STUNNING BY THE WAY! Please see pictures below), she assisted with getting me into my gown. Fully ready and about to head on my way, I had a fashion emergency, I split my zipper in my T-back gown. Dee, her assistant and her CLIENT, saw the fear and panic in my face and eagerly tried to help me! We tried for 20 mins but the zipper wouldn't budge. With a gaping hole in my back from mid to lower, I was panicked! But my hair looked perfect!!!! I quickly remembered I had a plethora of safety pins in my purse (don't recall why, lol), Dee said let's give it a try! The 3 women pinned me up without question and got me on my way. I also had a shall I used as a wrap to hide the back. If it wasn't for Dee, her assistant and her client, I wouldn't have made it to my friends wedding! If it wasn't for Dee working so hard to accommodate my extremely busy and hectic schedule and specific needs I wouldn't have had picture perfect hair for her wedding! I came with my hair already washed, so she was able to get right to work. She styled my natural hair (TWA) into two strand twist. I was in and out in about an hour. It would have been an additional hour, but I opted to let my hair air dry as To do the twist out the next morning, right before work. I don't remember the products she used, but they worked for my 4c hair. The next morning, It was well moisturized... really good twist out. I will return to see her as her hours and location are good for me.
