In addition, we negotiated hard... which could have been frustrating for Katherine but she seemed to handle it with ease. With Katherines help we were able to get 20% off initial asking price. At that point it was just just name recognition and it was not until years later when we decided to move to Kelowna that we reached out to his team for their services. Admittedly, I came into things with a negative bias towards real estate agents, having dealt with some realtors that didn't serve much more than role of tour guide/ key holder/ open house attendant. Not the case here. The team at Vantage consistently delivered valuable insights and their professional advice on how to make a good investment In the market gave us confidence that we were making a well-informed decision. I'd recommend calling them first if you're looking to get a handle on the Local real estate market trends and their insights to make a good investment.

Our mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. We were very worried about her living alone and a ways out of town. We worked with mom and got her into supportive care and we wanted to sell mom's place and close out that chapter of life. I do not live in Kelowna, but through Sarah's efforts and my sister who does live in Kelowna everything fell into place. Sarah did the staging, had the photographs taken, recommended the upgrades, provided a list of outside companies for gardening, cleaning and air conditioner repair. She even met the air conditioner person at mom's house for us when we were unable to be there. The long story short, after thoughtful planning and her experience, mom's home sold the first day on listing. We had tried to sell mom's place the previous year and it just sat there. Sarah was active every day prior to the listing and her efforts paid off for us. Trust her, she is very reliable. Our experience with her is one of excellence, we highly recommend her.
