Felt I had to do something, sitting around all day and going to the pub was piling on the pounds, I thought about Thorpe park spa as its 5 mins drive but I enjoy the fact I've paid my mortgage off and would need to start again with the subs for membership there, so living well was the next choice as that's only a couple of mins extra but half the price, they do corporate deals and other such deals, the staff are all friendly and although the machines don't have tvs in them there's plenty to go at, during the day it's pretty quiet, yesterday I had the pool to my self, I'm not the worlds best swimmer so it was nice to splash about from one side to the other and not be too embarrassed, I get a villa every year on holiday and just play around, maybe this year I'll do some lengths, they have a sauna with led lights and a steam room which smells of menthol, it rally clears you up, they do a personalised programme which I'll take advantage of next week, also free to members are classes such as aqua aerobics, bums tums and hips etc, I also have 10 free passes for friends, so if anyone fancies a dip lmk.. read more
