When I decided to sell my home, I chose Abraham because of his stellar reputation. It was a wise…read morechoice, as I'll explain below. For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

Great experience, I Highly recommend Paula Barrera when buying a home…read more The Wife and I wanted to buy a house and did not know the first thing about the process. We looked in yelp and wanted to contact her based on all the great reviews. Paula was very professional, responsive and honest. She is also very attentive to her clients and a breath of fresh air for this industry. She quickly became invaluable to our needs and the best person for the job. When we called and spoke to her, she promptly made time to meet us at her office or a place of our preference. Before the meeting she sent us a booklet by email (authored by her!) that lays out the process very simply. It prepared us for the meeting and process as a whole. The booklet was a very helpful and a nice surprise we didn't expect. When we met we knew right away we would go with Paula as our realtor. She was very forthcoming, professional and ethical. The type of person that you want to do business with and lookout for your interest. She already had an idea of the area we were looking in and our needs based on the phone conversation. She prepared a folder with research of the market in that area and explained us the numbers what they meant and what we would expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and a great communicator, thereby making us know we were in the right hands. Through out the process she used her expertise and smarts to guide us and help us understand better what it was we wanted and what we would be looking at in term of the process, the time, and the possible costs associated with buying a house. Paula would promptly answer her phone, text us or email us when we had questions. She returned calls with answers to our concerns very quickly. She also was right-on regarding her opinion on worth of houses and repairs we would need. Her guidance helped us to make a better decision and we are grateful that we were able to work with her on buying our first home. She was also very flexible and understanding of our schedule to show us houses when our schedule allowed. She leverages technology to make things happen quickly. She asked our preference and based on that used Phone, email, text, personalized timeline to not miss timelines, easy electronic documents and whatever else technology is available! This made it very easy to communicate, keep deadlines and sign contracts when making an offer. It saved us lots of time and stress! Finally, for closing she also made a nice organized binder with all the documentation we would need. I appreciate such attention to detail, that binder was a huge time saver and put my mind at ease from having to do that myself. In summary, Paula made the process smooth and enjoyable as it can be. She is the person you want on your side when buying a home. She's one of the best!

Working with Eric Farmelant was an exceptional experience from start to finish…read more We were selling a renovated investment property valued at over $500,000 that had previously been poorly marketed and delayed in the months leading up to bringing Eric on board. We needed a broker who could move quickly, think strategically, and execute flawlessly under pressure -- and Eric exceeded every expectation. From day one, he implemented precise, targeted marketing that immediately repositioned our listing. Leveraging his strong network, he generated serious traffic right away. Within days of going live, we sourced multiple buyer offers -- and ultimately closed in under 30 days. Eric's negotiation strategies were sharp and deliberate. He didn't just bring us offers -- he brought us leverage. His responsiveness, swift action-taking, and consistent feedback kept momentum high and timelines tight. We placed extremely aggressive deadlines in front of him, and he delivered without hesitation. Beyond the transaction itself, Eric went above and beyond to help us tie up loose ends on project completion so we could get to the closing table smoothly. He operates as a true team player -- collaborative, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly professional. What sets Eric apart most is his passionate accountability. He owns his work. He follows through. He treats your investment as if it were his own. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to partnering with him again on future projects.

I tried calling Yanoska Diaz regarding an auction at Hubzu. Ms. Diaz seems to publicly champion…read moreherself for successful Hubzu sales, so I was interested in possibly retaining her services if she could help me complete a successful transaction with them. The ONLY positive thing I can say about Ms. Diaz is she did return my call the same day, but then hung up on me. I do not have a buyer's agent and I asked Ms. Diaz if I hired her as a Realtor Buyer's Agent, what would she do for the 3% realtor fee that Hubzu would pay her (in this case I can guestimate it would be an approximate $6,000 fee). Ms. Diaz told me she didn't know and that I must know seeing I called her. I told her I was hoping to complete a successful transaction with Hubzu and was hoping she might be of assistance - and then I asked her again, what could she do with Hubzu to make the transaction successful? First she said she doesn't disclose what she does with Hubzu, then she said if I was concerned that Hubzu would pay her 3% for representing me then I shouldn't have called her, then she hung up on me. Before Ms. Diaz called me back, it's important to state that I initially got what sounded like a man on my 2nd call phone-tag to Ms. Diaz's office today. When I asked him if he was Yanoska, he replied "yes". Seeing I was quite convinced they were not Yanoska I asked him again, are you Yanoska Diaz? On my 2nd time asking, the person then replied "no, I'm her assistant". Overall, this is a very disappointing experience for someone who claims to have so many successful experiences (specifically with the type of transaction I would like to make). Then again, Ms. Diaz probably doesn't boasts about her nonsucessful experiences like this one.
