We had such a great first experience at Karaoke Q!…read more I booked a large room for my teenage son and his friends to celebrate his birthday, plus a medium room for the adults. Isis was wonderful to work with beforehand and always very prompt in responding to my messages, which made planning everything so easy. From the moment we arrived, Mikey, the manager, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He even helped me out with some tape so I could put up balloons in the room. We ordered pizzas, chicken, and fries, and everything was delicious. My favorites were the Bulgogi Pizza and Chicken Supreme! The refreshers were also really good, and I love that they have such an extensive food and drink menu. Mikey and Neal took great care of us throughout our reservation and made sure we had everything we needed. Another huge plus: their karaoke system is SO much better and easier to use than systems at other karaoke places we've visited. The venue itself may be a little older, but the excellent service more than made up for it. What impressed me most, though, was their honesty. One of my son's friends accidentally left behind his birthday gift for my son, which included an Amazon gift card and some cash. Karaoke Q called me to let me know they had found it! That kind of honesty and integrity really stood out to me and made an already great experience even better. Our friends noticed how wonderful Mikey and Neal were too, and we all agreed that Karaoke Q is definitely a place we'll be coming back to. Great service, good food, an easy-to-use karaoke system, and genuinely good people. Thank you, Isis, Mikey, Neal, and Karaoke Q for the great food, wonderful service, and for helping make my son's birthday celebration such a memorable one! PS - I wish I had taken more photos. We were busy singing our hearts out! =D

Karaoke was fun! Somehow these rooms really are sound proof, which is impressive!…read more Staff were friendly and attentive and brought our drinks super fast! We did not try any of the food so I can't comment on that. Parking in this plaza is a mess and is very limited. The bathroom had no paper towels and seemed like it needed a good cleaning. It would've been good to have us at their own bar and waiting, but instead a bunch of folks started at Sushi Samba and then left early because they couldn't get in... Rooms were good, glasses broken sometimes, though, so tables could use some more tall edges. The karaoke mics were generally good (3 at least in the rooms I went into) and the Karaoke included Chinese, Indian, Korean, and American songs - probably even more but we didn't explore much beyond that. Cool honeycomb design upfront, and sharp looking waitstaff that kept the drinks flowing and coordinating the orders into the rooms. Many different room sizes (from very big 20+ to smaller 5-10ppl rooms).

We have since moved away and the last two visits here were not good. This place used to be fun with good drinks back in the day. Now it's morphed into a tiki tourist trap. Tonight, our server wasn't at all friendly and the drinks were mostly just crushed ice. You couldn't even taste the rum because they were all so watered down. For around $14-$18 a drink, I expect better. Their "zombie" drink was a joke. No flavor at all (it used to be good years ago). Sadly, this will be our last visit here. With so many cool bars in Vegas, I'd rather go to one that appreciates our business. This place no longer does and it showed so tonight. BTW, I read that a new large Tiki bar will be opening soon in Vegas so will try that one out once it does. Maybe The Golden Tiki will up its game and revert back to what they used to be once it opens (and there is more competition). Two stars because it used to be great. Constantine, don't bother replying -- just fix this. Both you and your team can do better.

There's an open bar with tables when you walk in, and you can either hang out there or rent a private area for your group to sing their hearts out. I was honestly a little worried about it being crowded, dirty, and hard to get around when I checked Yelp before coming, but everything was perfect when we arrived. From the moment we called to book up to the checking out our bill, everything went smoothly. Our guests absolutely loved it! It's about 10 miles from the Strip, but the drive was totally worth it! I just wish they had more food options and extra microphones, but overall, we had a blast! I think we'll definitely add this to our Vegas itinerary whenever we visit! We were charged $700+ for the whole thing (you don't have to go that far--it's just me who ordered too much). I must have ordered way too much food and drinks for a group of 20.

We chose Moonlight Karaoke to celebrate my friend's birthday, and unfortunately it ended up being…read moreone of the most disappointing karaoke experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. It was difficult to get anyone's attention, and throughout the night we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff whenever we needed something. The biggest issue was that during the last two hours of our reservation, we repeatedly pressed the call button because we wanted to order food and drinks, but no one ever came. We eventually had to leave the room and search for staff ourselves. Throughout the evening, no one checked on our room, our water glasses were never refilled, and we were essentially ignored once we were seated. The karaoke experience itself was also frustrating. They don't have YouTube Premium, so when songs had to be played through YouTube, everyone had to sit through ads before singing. That's not something I'd expect from a business that specializes in karaoke. To make matters worse, the restrooms were clogged, which was another disappointment during the evening. The staff knew we were celebrating a birthday. They brought in champagne and sang "Happy Birthday," which was a nice touch, but after that we received almost no service for the rest of the night. It felt more like checking a box than actually taking care of their guests. What made the experience especially disappointing is that Moonlight is more expensive than the other karaoke spots we usually visit. We chose it because we expected a premium experience for a special occasion, but instead we received some of the worst service we've experienced at any karaoke venue. For the price, I expected attentive staff, the ability to order food and drinks without chasing someone down, functioning restrooms, and a karaoke system that doesn't interrupt songs with YouTube ads.

At first we were put in the large room but it was not working so we got moved to the VIP room which was very nice considering we weren't charged for VIP and they said they can charge what I originally reserved for since the large room karaoke was not working. The older gentleman and woman were pretty accommodating and took our orders. Although we were given menus that were not updated. And some of the food we got was wrong. The reason for low rating was because the food was not as good as our previous experiences and also service was a bit slow. and just seemed like everyone working wasn't as accommodating later on in the night. Most food is $15 and above each plate and even for corn dog and cheese is around the same price but when we received some of the food it was partly cold and not thoroughly cooked. Other foods too were not as good quality for the price. Our waters were also never refilled and we were there for 3hrs. When I received the bill we were charged $50 for water service?? which is ridiculous. Later on into the night when we got more service we got a different host/server and it just felt off. They're not very attentive and for the price it just did not feel worth it. We spent a hefty $700 bill yet no water refill and service was not attentive, nor was quality of the food worth it. I'm not sure what went wrong here. I used to love this place but seems like it's not as good anymore. Just disappointing cause we had a good time karaoke but for the price this place just didn't meet up to the standards.
