Sonny took the time to actually understand my business, not just sell me a service. They built me a clean, professional site that I'm proud to send people to, and the automation they set up has been a total game-changer. I used to spend hours following up with leads manually--now it's all handled in the background. I've gotten more calls and bookings in the last two weeks than I did all last month. Super responsive, easy to work with, and they actually deliver. Highly recommend Marmon & Co. if you're a small business owner who wants to grow without burning out.

Elizabeth challenged the members of our local BNI group to consider our web sites if they hadn't been updated in a year or more. It had been several years for ours. It looked "tired" and outdated. Together we worked to select a new theme, and some additional features that I wanted for our web site. With Carly and Jeremy on the back-end, everything works exactly as I wanted. Additionally, I was having difficulty with setting up a new theme for another web site, and Jeremy very quickly and efficiently made the changes needed to bring my other web site back to life. Serial-Coders advertises "web sites that won't break your budget." They came in at the price quoted, and gave me everything I wanted. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend their services to anyone needing a new website, or just a breath of fresh air to an existing site. They are second to none!

I opened a new small business this year, and a friend offered to help set up my website (only to find out that she bit off more than she could chew). Serial Coders were a referral from neighborhood group and they came to my rescue. Since my doors were already open, time and money were of the utmost importance to me. They were reasonably priced and took the time to get to know me, my studio and the environment I was working to create. The website is great and exactly what I wanted. They even came to my business and trained me on how to make updates and change pictures. I am super thankful for their expertise and would definitely recommend them for your business website needs.

I recently hired Media Junction to do a website redesign for my IT firm in Los Angeles. They are…read morethe 6th website design firm I've used (the 3rd with Hubspot) and they were by far the best. The biggest issues I've had with designers in the past, whether digital or print, is the communication and commitment to time frames. I've actually come to expect a bit of awkwardness and poor work ethic from designers. If you've worked with designers before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The primary designers for my project, Nissa and Ryan, were very quick to respond and even humored me on some ideas I had that were, well, not so good. BUT, they listened and tried them out anyway which was very nice of them to do. Their entire team, from sales to development, actually took an active part in the process which was pretty refreshing. Always available to answer questions and even knocked out a couple items outside of regular hours. I highly recommend Media Junction and will certainly be using them again for work on our site. Thanks guys!

They win all kinds of workplace and quality of life awards, they have a fun website (Follow them on FriendFace!), and an awesome sense of humor. I certainly thought so, and was afforded the opportunity to interview for a position with them. Once you have had the pleasure of meeting some of the real faces behind the friendly web presence, you will begin to believe it. I CAN, and will, however, attest to their quality of life and quality of people they have working under the roof of their service station. They are absolutely amazing. They contribute to the quality of life online through Twitter, Facebook, and Flickr, as well as in my own back yard here in NE Minneapolis by being high quality human beings. Carol & Cindy from Leading Edge facilitated an employee workshop for Procter & Gamble and were…read moreabsolutely incredible. The workshop consisted of a team of 100 employees facing the common business challenge of being asked 'to deliver more results with fewer resources'. This has caused a capacity and culture drain on the team. Leading Edge has the perfect workshop solution entitled "Renewing Energy in a World that Sucks You Dry". Carol & Cindy were professional through the entire preparation & delivery of the workshop. They sought to understand our personal business challenges and context and were able to customize their workshop content to be relevant to Procter & Gamble. They were prompt with follow up, fun to work with, and put us at ease to invite them to speak in front of our team. And boy, did they deliver!! The workshop and presentation was hilarious, meaningful, and highly engaging. Our employees raved about it, saying it was the best team meeting they have attended in several years. Leading Edge has a unique way of bringing important subject matter & content to life in a way that resonates with the audience and makes a lasting impact. This is largely due to the fun personalities of Carol & Cindy and the way that they work together to deliver the workshop. We recommend them to others and would invite them back any time!
