Let's start at the top, Earl Folsom runs a professional, and fun, practice.  Most of his team have been with him for years and with the turnover in this industry, that alone says just about everything you need to know about him.  Beyond being a good listener, he is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he checks with your doctor and/or gets the answer!  He helped me understand the surgery (I had an anatomical anomaly that is very uncommon) and how it impacted my shoulder and what is going to be needed to get my movement back. Brittany, Wally and Sherri are awesome!  What I love best is that they distracted me while stretching out that shoulder and arm.  It helped me focus on something other than the joint!  They are super kind and friendly and I'm going to miss them now that my healing is almost done!!
