When Baptist Hospital's top sports medicine surgeon told me there was nothing he could do, I turned to Emily for regular acupuncture treatments. I soon was able to get back to running as much as I wanted and am able to compete in at least 5 half marathons each year...completely pain free. However, what is even more amazing about Emily and Chris's practice is the thoughtful and holistic view they take toward solving medical issues. Their keen intellect, curiously and creative thinking skills allowed them to help me solve mysterious neurological issues (in 2020) and throat issues (2023) that no other doctor (primary care, urgent care, ENT, immunologist, neurosurgeoun, emergency room) could figure out. My only mistake was not going to Emily and Chris first- rather than wasting precious time and money on traditional medicine doctors who weren't able to think "outside of their own box". Utilizing cutting edge testing protocols, almost exclusively natural supplement regimens and a relentless drive to figure out the true root causes of my medical issues (they are truly "medical detectives"), Emily and Chris worked wonders to bring me back to full health. The name of their practice could not be more apt: if you're looking for "comprehensive wellness", I can't imagine any other place to start. I didn't not see the message. Since I was traveling, I didn't have a chance to change clothing because my hotel room wasn't available. After entering, I was asked to remove my shoes. I had on a long maxi dress, so I came out in my bra and underwear. I could tell it wasn't ideal and she was not pleased, but that was the best I could do. The session took place on the floor. It involved stretching. I suffer from calcification in my shoulders, and one shoulder was particularly painful, so that made things awkward too. I was advised to take care of my weight and health. My attire definitely made it more difficult to do some of the stretches. She tried to cover my private area in order to do the stretches, but that wasn't enough. Overall, it felt awkward. The studio is very nicely done with water and they were kind enough to give me a complimentary mat for my first class. Felipe's class is exactly what I want from yoga. It's a lot of stretching and spending time in the poses. His aura is very calming. He also does a lot of hands on adjustments and I felt stretches that I never felt before. We also had a sound bath at the end of class that I really enjoyed. That in itself is of high value at other studios. I've paid $45 just for a sound bath and it was included here in the class. We went over which I was grateful for because it was a longer time relaxing and enjoying. I would 10/10 recommend Felipe if you have the chance to take it

When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? Needless to say, I just left. What a waste of my day! When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow.
