I received a call yesterday to advise that due to me changing my appointments three times, due to a family member being ill in hospital, that they are now going to charge me for services - despite having another appointment. This is the second time I have used this company and the first time, I thought it was a once-off rude staff member, however this continues to date. Will not be a returning customer. Staff, take note of what customer service is.
