I would not recommend Feet First Podiatry Services. The receptionists are terribly rude and have do not know what customer service is. I received a call yesterday to advise that due to me changing my appointments three times, due to a family member being ill in hospital, that they are now going to charge me for services - despite having another appointment. This is the second time I have used this company and the first time, I thought it was a once-off rude staff member, however this continues to date. Will not be a returning customer. After booking a Monday 8am appointment in advance, being SMS-ed by the clinic to be on time and turning up 10 minutes early my podiatrist was 25 minutes late. To add insult to injury I was addressed as "Mate" repeatedly - despite asking to be called by my first name. I had to leave early to make a 9:30am meeting so received a cursory look and the obligatory referral to their radiologist of choice. (Dr Google was more helpful.) The only saving grace was they didn't charge me the "consultation" fee. I will literally be voting with my feet. read more
