I was late to the party with my family's planning due to the fact that it was supposedly completed. When I dug into it with Kate (referred by a friend) it was not. Kate sat down with me on several occasions and explained things. Once we had things figured out and before we paid any money, she sat down with my aging mother (Alzheimers) and explained things several times over. She and her associates also took the time to come to the nursing home where my father (very aware of everything just physical issues) was to get the paperwork done. She took the time to explain to him and my Mother again before we proceeded. The only issue arose was when we used a lawyer in another state that was not competent (my mother selected him) with items there. Kate was completely helpful thru the end of the Trust and with items after both my parents passing as well. In my opinion she was both caring and competent and patient. Note: My experience was in 2021/2022/2023. I am sorry for anyone who has to go thru a loss and hope it gets better on the other end.

He literally abandoned me 2 weeks before we were due to settle because i didnt feel comfortable with what he negotiated. When i asked for information and documents i was ignored. He was extremely immature, lazy and temperamental. If i was skeptical of anything he would get mad asking me if i was a lawyer. He would attempt to belittle me and lie so blatantly without even attempting to cover the lie up. there was no conversation he would just talk over you.
