I had an excellent experience here. Everybody was friendly and professional. I was surprised by the poor reviews.

I decided to check-in and make sure that I didn't break anything. The registrar started asking questions and within minutes I was taken back to an examination room. The nurse arrived shortly after I arrived, took my vitals and advised me to complete the intake forms, on-line. The doctor entered, examined me and ruled out broken bones. The facility was clean and well organized. All in all, my experience was great.

I came in with my mom with a towel on my right eye and a heating pad on my right ear and in obvious extreme pain and discomfort. It was completely empty but felt like it took forever to see me. I was on some antibiotics by my primary care for a couple days that weren't working and I expressed to them that and my right eye was glued shut with white/ yellow puss. They said there's nothing more they can do and took me home with some eye drops. Well after 2 days of trying to ignore my pain I decided to go to another er and found out I had mastoiditis and needed to be treated immediately with surgery and a week in recovery in the hospital and iv antibiotics in the hospital and 2 more weeks on a picc line. And I'm now on oral antibiotics for another 2 weeks. Never coming back here again!

Despite telling me they would prescribe Prednisone to help me breathe, they never actually called the prescription in. I relied on that medication to recover, and their failure to follow through has left me in a position where I can't breathe and my condition is rapidly worsening. Furthermore, I specifically asked the doctor to check my ears as I was feeling pain; I was told 'everything was fine.' Less than 24 hours later, I have a massive double ear infection. Because of this negligence and the lack of promised medication, my family has had to travel out to help care for me while I consider returning to the ER. This level of dismissiveness and lack of basic follow-through is dangerous. If you are looking for a provider who listens and actually manages your treatment plan, look elsewhere.

Two nurses came in. EXTREMELY efficient, friendly, kind. Asked all questions patiently. We were not rushed. We were asked if we needed any additional support also. A Dr. came in within 5 min (or less) after the nurses had finished their part. He was professional. (Not great bedside manner, possibly he's young?) wasn't thrilled with his responses. He did treat my husband. Provided a first dose of medication there. And a prescription for him. That was wonderful. Later, when we returned home, I was able to better process what he said. I slept with relief. My husband is fine. Again- the nursing staff are +++++, as are the welcoming staff. So thank you. I am disappointed with my experience regarding the billing process. I initially visited urgent care…read moreand was referred to the ER. At that time, I attempted to pay my co-payment, but was informed by staff that no payment was required due to the transfer. At the ER, I paid a $200 co-payment on two consecutive days. Approximately one month later, I received a bill for an additional $25 co-payment. After learning that the initial information I was given may have been incorrect, I paid that balance. However, I have since received another bill for an additional $25. This experience has been frustrating, primarily due to the lack of clear and consistent communication about billing at the time of service. Patients rely on accurate information, especially during medical situations that are already stressful. I would appreciate greater transparency and improved coordination in billing practices to help prevent similar situations for others in the future. I have now noticed that I am not the first to complain about such a situation, perhaps you can do something about it rather than referring previous patients to the billing department who do not help resolve any issues. TRAIN THE STAFF at the facilities in how to be transparent about your billing and make sure they understand that you send bills for the provider SEPARATELY then the bills sent for the facility.

I'd strongly caution anyone considering this "Emergency & Urgent Care" location due to opaque…read morebilling practices and a lack of meaningful disclosure at the point of care and I should have read the reviews here before visiting. I visited during posted urgent-care hours after a fall. CommonSpirit's public-facing website describes urgent-care pricing during specific hours and states that patients will be informed whether their treatment or testing is being billed at an emergency or urgent-care level. That did not happen during my visit. After the visit, I received a CommonSpirit facility bill totaling $38,591.97 in gross charges -- roughly $31,999.44 of which was for a single CT scan. For context, a brand-new CT scanner costs around $100,000. My concern isn't with the clinicians, who were professional. My concern is with the disclosure practices of the facility itself. Don't assume an organization has your best interest in mind simply because of its marketing or its religious and mission-driven branding. Ask explicitly, before any test or treatment, whether you're being billed at the emergency or urgent-care level -- and get the answer in writing if you can.

Each time, I left messages for the provider, and the message I got back was, "the provider says you have to come in." These were relatively minor issues that, in the past, other offices were able to answer over the phone. Recently I called to set up an appointment with an alternate provider (in the same office), and I was told that wouldn't be possible. They even put me on hold to verify this. I have never experienced this before. After reading some of the other reviews, the providers might want to take a serious look at the office staff.
