Unfortunately, after I posted the review, the owner Reece called me during dinner time to talk about the review. I was short with him as he called at 7 pm when we were about to eat. After I finished cooking I went to go and add that he tried to address and fix our issues and that we would continue going there, only to find he had blocked me on Facebook and when I called to say he missed me adding a positive thing to my review he admitted he tried to report my honest review and that's how I got blocked. Very unprofessional and petty. All this on top of the fact that we have been spending tons of money at flippinfamilyfun, their infatable park at the fair, and kaboom for years and telling people what great places for families they are when, many people won't even go there because he was convicted with sexually assaulting his employees as a chiropractor. He is not even supposed to be involved in the businesses because of his assaults on women. With the reputation he has, he should not be treating long-time customers this way for just giving an honest review of their party experience.

I would say 80-85% of the members here are 60+ years old which actually isn't a bad thing. I'm here in Montana for a few months and needed a gym off base that was close and I love the fact it's month to month here so there's no commitment. As I said, a majority of the members are older so the treadmills and cardio equipment are packed but the free weights, dumbbells, lifting equipment is pretty much EMPTY (best part). I went one day at around 10am and it was Extremely packed, but only the treadmills and etc so I recommend going at odd hours if you're trying to get literally any cardio in. Their hours aren't too bad but man I wish they were 24hrs but I can't complain. The equipment is phenomenal. It all looks brand new and they re rack here so I was glad to see that. All in all, if you're looking for a gym you're guaranteed to get a good session in, I really recommend this place. It's also super spacious so I'll be able to actually record some good workouts! Highly recommend

Greg was the manager of Access Fitness and I was never talked down to or treated contemptuously by his staff. The Peak staff at the West Bank Landing failed to cancel my membership correctly then charged my account. When I attempted to inform them of the error I was blamed and asked to prove and show my receipt and email it to them. I was additionally mocked for doing all of the above by another member of the staff. I followed the chain of command and was told at every turn it was my error and not theirs. Ultimately I had to talk to my bank after it was made evident they would not take accountability and further the issue up the chain of command. I was aggrieved to be required to go to such lengths because of the attitude and lack of action taken by the staff at multiple levels. Suffice it to say I will not ever be rejoining.
