All through the project's duration their team (Andrew, Melissa, Lynette, George) was responsive, thorough, thoughtful, gentle, informative and efficient... there are not enough positive adjectives in the book to fully describe how happy we were with both the process and the final product. They took our outdated, bulky content, helped us streamline it for the mobile age, and handed us back a site that is not only beautiful, but highly functional. Increased Revenue!!! Every business owners favorite words- growth and profit!!!…read moreWithin 3 months of having ABD re-design and host my website I saw significantly more business, by the end of the year my business doubled. My spa was 2 years old with a cute website but had 0 google presence. My old "web guy" didn't deliver. I talked with Steve, he showed me a few things to do while he redesigned my website and it worked. Suddenly everyone was saying I found you online.... Hands down the BEST thing I ever did for my business. Even though I am based in CO working with ABD was super easy! I must have had a million "let's do this to the website" requests and Steve ALWAYS promptly and successfully added what I needed. He even built me a successful shopping cart. Him and Cheryl are amazing and I owe a great deal of my success to them. In the 2 years of working with Steve I have maintained top presence of google search in my area which has given me so much business I've expanded my spa and doubled my employees.

I called 5 local product photography outfits who quoted me outrageous prices on a very small inventory. One business actually quoted me a rate of $300 hundred dollars an hour PLUS a per-print fee of $20! Mockingbird Product Photography charged me a flat rate, gave me what I felt was an honest, upfront estimate, and charged no additional per-print fee. I also found Helbard to be warm, genuine, ethical, and Santa Cruz Cool. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of my business and business needs, and he even took a few minutes to show me how to work my own D-! I discovered when I started out that are plenty of people willing to prey on me for my meager investment money, and that some local businesses are no exception. Thank Heaven Santa Cruz still contains folks like Helbard and Santa Cruz-y businesses like Mockingbird Product Photography.
