I noticed a lot of merchandise, and the store is tight. If you turn around, you'll bump into a rack or stand. I can't imagine visiting during game day. Holy Toledo! Next, I saw the difference between online and store prices as we viewed several items. The sale items in their store needed to reflect what was listed online, and yes, every team that we've visited, they've matched from the Wisconsin teams to the MiLB teams in Florida. Second, the wife asked if she could get a view of their "green monster," which is the left field wall at Fluor Field. It is similar to the original at Fenway Park. She asked, "Is there a way to see the green monster, the left field wall?" The storekeeper replied, "I don't think I have that in my power." Meanwhile, two other employees were in the side office chatting away. Oh well, the wife asked. If you want to get it out and explore Greenville, they might have something of interest. As for us, we left with nothing.

Inside, people were lined up four to five deep at the rails, and you could only hope that your spot would allow you the possibility of a view to the action in the ring. I was disappointed with our experience, as was my husband. Because of the massive crowd, lines were long for food, drinks, and the restrooms. We decided we would rather leave than stay in that kind of atmosphere. The upshot of it all is: If you're going to oversell your venue, so that patrons can not find a seat, you should at least TELL them before they pay $40 to stand behind a crowd.

Unfortunately it was a rainy evening so everything was soaked, but we weren't going to let that ruin our 1 hour drive to see Tom Keifer. The venue is VERY small. Not sure of the capacity, but I will say that the best places to sit is in the center even if you are in the last row. We were seated stage right 2nd row and couldn't really see anything thanks to the pillars at the front of the stage and also the equipment blocking the view. Word of warning.....I was initially bummed I couldn't get Row 1 when I searched for tickets...when I got there, I was ecstatic I didn't get Row 1. I would be so upset if I paid for front row seats and had to essentially sit on the ground. Row 1 had to sit on the wet ground...it was the ledge/wall type thing with fake grass and brick. Row 2 was the first row with actual seats. It appears that all of the sections are this way. 1 row no chairs (sit on the ground) 1 row chairs, then repeat. The good part is the money spent there goes to the school. So that's awesome. The other good part is the bathrooms! there's no line and they are much bigger than you would expect, they are clean AND it's air conditioned. Concession ladies weren't the nicest. Before the show was over (even before the last song prior to the encore started), I went up to buy a water and was told they were closed. They are losing a lot of money by turning it away that early. I didn't sit VIP, but glad I didn't. The website describes the "Suites" as something awesome....What it actually is, is a tailgating tent for each "Suite" with a high top table and chairs, a bucket of bud light type beer, and a buffet setup across the way catered by Golden Corral. There's no fans, no AC, not indoors...not what one expects to receive for that kind of money. Over all the venue is just ok - It's very nice and new from a looks perspective, but not very professionally handled. It's nice in theory, but needs work. Oh right..the show - it started over half an hour late and then there were amp issues the whole night. Not sure I would go back here.
