We have worked with Farah Care-a in multiple capacities over the years, including homeschooling…read moresupport, after-school and camp care, babysitting, and most recently, home organization, and they have been consistently exceptional in every role. The caregivers have always been trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with. One thing that stands out is how receptive they are to feedback. They actively ask how they can improve and whether there is anything more they can do to support our family. Even at the end of a long day, we are often met with, "Do you need me to do anything else before I head out?" That level of care and initiative is rare. Every day, I receive thoughtful behavior reports about the kids, and the caregivers do a fantastic job keeping our daughters on top of homework, schedules, and extracurricular activities. There is a wonderful balance of structure and warmth in the care they provide. What I appreciate most is that the caregivers clearly love what they do. Most days I come home to focused studying and organized routines, but every so often I'll walk in to find everyone, caregiver included, in the middle of a full-blown karaoke session or dressed head-to-toe as princesses. The caregivers somehow manage to embody the perfect "responsible but cool big sister" energy, which has made them absolutely beloved by our girls. I cannot recommend Farah Care-a highly enough. They have brought reliability, joy, flexibility, and genuine partnership into our home, and we are incredibly grateful for Farah and her team.

It's so hard as parents to find an agency that you trust with your kids and this is one for me. He's since graduated to the transition room at Happy Days and is still having a blast. He often comes home demonstrating skills from school that surprise us! And he's learning new play from his classmates as well that are adorable to us. When I pick him up, it's also nice to see that the children know each other's names when they say goodbye or when their parents enter the room for pickup. We're now queued to graduate from the transition class (to the next class up) where the school really help us with the potty training journey. They've been great partners in ensuring that he readily tool to transitioning to a potty. As a part of an (unrelated) outside evaluation for our son, there were some observation windows within the classroom. Afterwards, during the debrief with them, they were very happy with what they saw at Happy Days: from the teachers, class interaction, and our child. Which is great news for us, because they've seen more schools than we have! Overall we're very glad to have found Happy Days early in our search. Our infant-now-toddler has had huge growth during that time.

Although our time was short, our daughter made friends quickly, was well cared for, and learned so much such as writing her name correctly, memorizing, and presenting her graduation speech to in front of so many people! We also really loved the attention to detail to every event (especially the mother and fathers day celebrations for parents) and all the events they put on for every holiday and celebration! They really go above and beyond to make each kid and family feel special. We will miss you and hope we can come back soon! Highly recommend this establishment, 10/10!

This review has been long overdue. It's been three months since my daughter last attended Happy…read moredaycare, and just today while we were playing, she suddenly said, "Hurry up!" -- the first time I've ever heard her say that. I assumed it was something her new teachers say, but she quickly corrected me: "No, no, Andrea says hurry up!" She then went right back to playing, laughing and calling out, "hurry up hurry up!!" That moment alone speaks volumes about how much Andrea means to my daughter. She started at Happy daycare when she was just 1.5 years old. As a first-time mom, I cried on her first day, and Arti sat with me, gently reassuring me that we just needed to give her time to build trust. I can't express how much it meant knowing they understood this was her first time away from home. Within a week, the tears stopped. On her last day, I was the one still in tears because Andrea wouldn't be caring for my little girl anymore. Andrea is incredibly kind and patient. She cared for my daughter with so much warmth that even on weekends, my little one would ask to go see her and this happened more times than I can count. I never had to worry about food it was all taken care of at the daycare. During a medical emergency with my daughter, both Andrea and Arti stayed with her until I arrived, then remained by my side as we figured out the next steps. My daughter still misses Andrea to this day, and I know she will for a long time.

They have several rooms, a patio and a large backyard with several toys and play stations. Separate nap room with cribs is one of the main reasons we sent our daughter here. 2. They feed 3 meals + 2 snacks in a day. Note that snacks are mostly something small like crackers, pretzels, cheese sticks etc. Meals typically include oats, pasta, cheese quesadillas, paratha, idly, rice, some dal variant with veggies etc. 3. My daughter went in and came home happily every day. She started speaking and kept asking for her friends in the day care even during the weekends. Cons: 1. The kid to caretaker ratio promised is misleading. For more than half the time my daughter went here, we did not see any other care taker other than Andrea, based on the pictures we were sent and after taking to multiple kid's parents. For eg, if there are only 6 kids in certain days/weeks, likely it is run by just Andrea. They don't always honor the ratio. Caretakers are rotated across the other day cares they have. In a center-based day care, ratio is always maintained whether or not some kids are on leave. That is not done here. 2. The main reason we preferred a home based day care as opposed to a center based one is - home based day cares can be more intimate. More attention towards every kid. All other home based day cares that we tried for have several themed weeks, festival celebrations, kid's birthday celebrations, farewell parties, parents meet n greet etc. Do not expect any such things here. They do the basic care taking. 3. My daughter came home several times with food dried up on her face. They may not be cleaning up promptly and thoroughly after meal times. Overall, it's a decent day care that tends to kids well.

Ms. Mila and her husband Mr. Cuqui took care of both my children--my youngest from the time he was an infant until he recently transitioned to TK. They are some of the best caregivers I have been lucky to meet, and they are organized, efficient, and dependable in how they run their home daycare. If you are a new parent and unsure of whether a nanny, preschool, or something in between will be the most ideal for your child, Ms. Mila's truly blends the best of them all. The home-based environment provides that casual, family-like touch that is so good for the little ones' development and helps builds important human connections at an early age. At the same time, Mila and Cuqui integrate lots of intentional teaching, play, art, and activities on a daily basis that engage the children in foundational learning and skills-building. Both my kids learned to read at an early age, which I attribute to the help of the consistent attention and teaching they got here. On top of it all, Mila and Cuqui know how to make things fun--they celebrate holidays, birthdays, and occasional family gatherings, not to mention they take some enviable, much-deserved vacations and camping trips on their time off! I admire these providers greatly in how they live and run a business, and I truly loved and will miss sending my kids to them alongside all of their daycare friends. If you are lucky to secure a spot at Ms. Mila's, your family is SET.

From day one, their level of professionalism and genuine warmth stood out. Ms. Mila and husband Cuqui create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where the kids don't just get cared for--they truly thrive. In fact, almost every single day, our daughter put up a fight because she didn't want to leave at pick-up time! All the food served is fresh, homemade, and nutritious with real ingredients. Knowing our daughter was getting healthy meals throughout the day gave us so much peace of mind. Playtime includes tons of fun outdoor activities in their lovely backyard, alongside a great variety of engaging toys. Our daughter was always bringing home wonderful crafts every week, and extra special handmade keepsakes for the holidays. The facility is always spotless and tidy. Above all, it never felt like "strictly business." Ms. Mila made our daughter and our whole family feel like an extended part of theirs. To get such high-quality, loving care at a fair and reasonable rate is rare. We are endlessly thankful to Mila's Daycare for giving our daughter such a joyful, enriching foundation. If you're looking for top-tier childcare, we cannot recommend Mila's Daycare highly enough! Miss you Mila and Cuqui!!!
