The loveliest bakery - perfect stop on the way to a Shenandoah trip! On a road trip into DC going the back route on James Madison Highway. I ran across Moo Thru which I was familiar with from Charlottesville. They offer a restroom off to the side. It was clean, but had issues with shutting off the water and reported. I would have no issue returning and get an ice cream next trip.
