Standing on a single post with a single door, there is just the one shelf. However, the library is deep so there are two layers of books. It was quite full with a great variety of choices today. Self improvement, fiction, non-fiction, biography and much more. This is charter number 21004 and the steward has their name and email address on the LFL listing. The online caption reads, "We live on a busy street with a great sidewalk that goes on forever. Tons of people walk, bike, and run by every day. On a Sunday morning, the playground was full of kids and parents running about and playing. The library is brown with brown trim on a single stand. It looks amazingly sturdy. Inside, two shelves full of mostly children's books which is appropriate considering the location. This is charter number 182992. It is listed on the Little Free Library site but there is no caption or steward's name. I also did not see anything on the library other than the usual plaque. Inside, I found a library stuffed with all sorts of books. All sorts of reading in here. Reference, fiction, hardcovers, thrillers, spy novels, a recipe book and more. It is in front of home and there is street parking if you'd like to stop and browse. However, the box is facing the sidewalk, clearly indicating that the intended patrons are pedestrians. The exterior is a little battered and is in need of a touch up but the interior remains dry. So it's still in decent shape. A simple twist catch opens the single door revealing the one shelf of books inside. Today, a cluttered variety of paperbacks and hardcovers. Some fiction, some young adult and a vintage paperback that I initially thought might have been "Jaws" but is something else. The plaque mounted on the box says that this is Little Free Library charter number 21776. But 21776 is actually in Bristol TN. So take that as it is.
