One of the most adorable Little Free Libraries, this one is set up to look just like the steward's house, right down to the windows, doorknob and shingles. So cute!
Standing on a single post in a neighborhood of larger houses on a wide street, there's plenty of room to make a u-turn here and park in front to browse. No one is going to disturb your car here. Inside, two neat shelves with a great variety of books. Some childrens, some paperbacks, some hardcovers. A biography of Diana Spencer caught my eye but the Grisham novel will go home with me today.
This is charter number 30398 and the steward is Nancy Strickland. The online caption reads, "An enthusiastic friend and I read an article about the Little Free Library and we thought it would be a great idea for our neighborhood! Our neighborhood has a book club and we thought together we could maintain our library. My friend and co developer has a talented father who built our library to resemble a home in our neighborhood. A talented friend and former neighbor painted our home to look like a brick house. I'm the lucky one to host the library in my yard."
