Unfortunately there was a mix up on the size I ordered and what I received, but I have had the best customer service experience with Stego since my initial inquiry. I'll try and make a long story short. This company used to come around years ago to certify the…read morefire extinguishers at my dads place. Its just me now as I took over the space from my dad. It's a non commercial warehouse the family has owned and I store and have machine shop equipment. Since my dads not here to just hand them money whenever they show up I started asking questions on what they do and he said they discharge the extinguisher, check everything, make sure it holds charge, re-fill and re-certify. Seems like a lot of work for only $10 per extinguisher, and it's required every year???? I Walked around the corner to see what they were doing. All they do is wipe off the dust off with a towel and slap a new tag stating it's certified. They don't even do anything. They did 10 extinguishers in 5 mins. After years of hearing these guys say if you don't do this to them every year or sooner you will get in trouble by the state. I checked the California laws and my dry chemical extinguisher should be fine for YEARS. This company reminds me of those videos you see online where they tell a customer all the stuff they are going to do, and the hidden cameras catch them playing in their phone. On the Ca.gov website. (4) Stored pressure dry chemical extinguishers that require a 12-year hydrostatic test shall be emptied and subjected to applicable maintenance procedures every 6 years. Dry chemical extinguishers having non-refillable disposable containers are exempt from this requirement. When recharging or hydrostatic testing is performed, the 6-year requirement begins from that date.

$300 service call- didn't fix the problem…read more We had called Evolution last week as our ac wasn't blowing cold air. Two women came out and they were at our house for awhile trying to figure out what the issue was. $300 later and some coolant they said the problem should be fixed, fast forward a few hours after they left and we were back to blowing hot air again. I called them to come back out and was told I needed to get ahold of another person. After given the run around and having a household with a toddler and a mother with MS we needed someone out ASAP. I called another company that came out and right away assessed a rat had eaten our panel. This is something Evolution should have caught but they didn't. I'm still waiting on a return call and also a refund......

Impeccable work and their price was far lower than the estimates I received from other mold…read moreremediation companies. The old house we purchased had black mold under the kitchen sink. Three other mold companies I contacted said they would need to demo that entire side of my kitchen, including the counters and a section of the floor. Union Restoration was the only mold remediation company that said they could start by removing just the base and back wall of the sink cabinet, and that there was no reason to touch anything else unless there turned out to be a larger area of mold. Thankfully, the mold was limited to the base of the cabinet, and after cleaning, encapsulating, and drying, we passed the mold clearance testing without a problem (I used Titan Environmental for testing). They also were able to patch up my cabinet and wall afterwards for a very reasonable price, and they made sure my kitchen and their path through the house were completely clean at completion. They are licensed under Procorp Construction.

From the very first call to get an estimate til the very end when they finished, they've been communicative and honest. Abel came by the very next day to look at the damage and was able to give me an estimate/heads up on what would need to be done. The best part is there were no hidden "you have to fix this too or we cannot do this" that a lot of companies do. No run around, no surprises just quality work and customer service. They've been upfront about all costs and if there were other things that came about, they left the decision up to me to decide if I wanted to fix it or not. We ended up adding in a couple more projects and they were able to help me with that as well. They finished rather quickly and efficiently and left my house without a trace of trash or markings. The workers are very professional. They came in, did their project for the day(s) and left. I am definitely going to be calling them again for future work and will be letting all of my friends and family know to go with this company for any work that needs to be done. Very very happy with their craftsmanship and service!!

The account manager, Gary Lane, was great in making sure everything went smoothly, as 3 different inspectors were going to be there and produce reports. The inspection was scheduled for 830am today, and we have already received the termite and roof reports, and expect the home report later today. Last time I bought a house the reports took 3-4 days to be delivered! The 3 inspectors were all super professional, and very efficient with their work. No wasted time. The costs for the VIP package is excellent, right there with the other companies. The other cool thing? The home and roof inspector both used drones to get their views of the roof (very high 2-story house) and provided the pictures from that in the reports that I received. My real-estate agent was also super impressed, and can't wait to keep using them in his work. He's been involved with a ton of inspections, and said this was one of the most professional and efficient ones he's seen.
