This location is really busy, I've waited in the drive through for 45 minutes. If you're willing to wait, only get what they have ready. If you want to order something special, go to one of the Harlingen stores. The Harlingen stores are run much better and have way better service. I strongly suggest avoiding this location at all costs. read more

Been coming to this little Caesars for 15 years now. Great spot to get a quick pizza. Those breadsticks (crazy bread) are to die for and are clutch leftovers. The inside is hit or miss with cleanliness. With all that money they should spruce the place up a bit! read more

Gotta give these guys props! Pizza is always hot fresh and delicious and crazy bread is soft. I noticed some other Little Caesars bread is hard and I have seen them put the bread back in the oven after it comes out in Harlingen. I have gotten bread in the Harlingen location and many times it's hard. I go out of my way to go to this one in San Benito (Even though the Harlingen location is closer) because their stuff is always fresh. The Pizzas are very well made. I dont understand how other Little Caesars Pizza can be so dry and weird texture on the bottom, particularly the ones in Harlingen. Keep up the great work guys! Worst customer service ever had. When I receive my pizza it was cold, bread sticks and sauce. When I went to ask for a replacement the employee look at me and started to laugh and said that's all we give for the sauce and went back to give me another and look like they're was water in the container and the pizza was also replaced but was cold also. The drive thru sucks. Went during lunch time and the chick ignored us. Was on her phone and just talking to the coworkers. My mom drove back and forth to get her to notice. Nothing. So my mom went inside and stood there and the girl acted all stupid. If you're gonna be getting paid to work at least do your job. read more

Man, I'm not sure what's up with the other reviews but common sense tells you that you get what you pay for...give them a break it's a $5 hot and ready for crying out loud! Its quick food for the kids too! I've had great experiences here only thing I will add is that if you show up after 6- 7pm on a Friday or Saturday be prepared to wait because it gets BUSY! I go here quite often cause it's cheap and mostly fast. I don't like pepperoni so I always order cheese hot and ready pizza. They never have it, they only ever have pepperoni. I usually have to park out front and wait about 8-10 mins for them to bring out my cheese pizza. Today it was the usual, a cheese pizza and crazy bread. Pull up to the window, pay, and go park. They never give receipts here which is fustrating. It wasn't busy. I park out front and wait. 10 minutes go by, 15, then 20. I see people walking in, getting pizzas and coming out. I'm agitated at this point cause there is no one in the drive thru and everyone is getting their food. I walk in and all that work there are high schoolers who flirt with each other a lot. The girl from the drive thru recognizes me and asks the kid cooking the pizzas about a cheese pizza. They tell me it JUST came out the oven. I can see a stack of pepperoni pizza next to the guy. That's all he's been making. I wait a little more , the girl at the register asks if I've been helped, I tell her Yea, I'm just waiting on my pizza. The guy making the pizzas gives me a look and walks over to the girl In the drive thru. I know they see me upset. They walk back to the pizzas, open a box and start talking about it. Finally the girl hands me the box and my bag of crazy bread. I was so upset, I stormed out. 20 mins for a cheese pizza!! I get home, bite into the pizza and realize its ONLY cheese! No sauce. And the crazy bread is cold and hard too. I've had little problems before with this place but nothing too bad, cause I've worked in the industry I tend to let things slide. But today was ridiculous. Didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. The owner and manager need to train the teens better or hire people who are competent enough to do the job. But I'm not surprised as most places in San Benito have horrible customer service anyway. read more
