I stopped in for a "hot n ready" pizza at 6:40 pm. They didn't have any hot and ready pizzas made. I thought that was kinda their thing right? Nope, 45 minutes later I got a pizza. Started driving home and opened the box, the rocket scientist that ran the oven didn't cut the pizza. This place is run by kids and it shows. Especially the dude who thinks he is "all that" driving his white hand me down cadillac, he comes in, grabs a drink from the case, does a Z tab on the register but doesn't do anything to address all of the customers standing in the lobby waiting...and waiting....horrible service. Next time I wil go to Marco's and get a pizza that is way better than this place. The health Department needs to inspect this place. It is filthy dirty. The ceiling tiles are streaked with dark grey particulant from the HVAC system, looks disgusting. The young girls making the pizza's were not wearing hats or hair nets. Every time I go here for food I leave feeling sad. 10 years ago this was the go to pizza place in Tecumseh and now it's sadly not. Tonight is the last time I'll be going there. The workers when I walked in were huddled up watching something on there phone. Then I waited at the counter for someone to help me. When someone finally did they informed me they hadn't made any hot and ready pizzas and that it would be at least 15 minutes until there was one. Now if I had showed up with 30 minutes before they closed I would understand but it was 6 pm and they don't close until 10 pm. I stopped in at 745, I didn't realize they close at 8. I could tell the girl working was annoyed that I came in. I asked what was available and she said I don't know what we have, we're closing in 10 minutes. She then read off what was in the oven. I asked for a deep dish pepperoni and she gives me a small box. I said I thought the deep dish comes with 8 slices so it would be 2 boxes. She opens the box and it was cheese bread. I said no problem I'll take that as well. She proceeded to give me another small box and I again said a deep dish is 8 slices and I needed another 4 slices to complete the order. I said that's half an order and I'm not paying $10 for 4 slices of pizza. She said just take it, we're closing in 10 minutes. She acted like I was trying to scam her. I still paid full price for my order, and she acted like she was doing me some favor and giving me a freebie. read more

This little Caesars is the biggest rip off. This has to be the only owner that has raised his prices to ridiculous amount. I mean you can definitely say money hungry because we went to saline to get the same order and it literally is 9.75 cheaper. So then we tested it out again with Adrian location same thing. Really the Tecumseh location is a joke your telling your prices are 2-4 dollars higher for a hot n ready and their breadsticks are 2-3 dollars more lol. I use this at times when I need a quick dinner. I have a local card that helps with pricing of the crazy bread. It can be hit or miss with whats available when you walk in, you may have to wait a few minutes. Calling ahead helps at times but had a few experiences where what I ordered wasnt there, so thats disappointing. The workers normally rectify the situation so that helps. read more

We had the pretzel crust pizza when it first came out so we were excited to see it come back. What a disappointment. Tonight's pizza was nothing like what we had before. First, no salt on the pizza crust. Who has a pretzel with no salt on it? Second, the crust is burned and hard. Third, the pepperoni is very spicy, not the normal pepperoni they used before. If you have a craving for the pretzel crust pizza, don't go to the Tecumseh one and I hope you have better luck. read more

This is the best pizza you can serve up on Super Bowl Sunday? One of pizza's busiest days of the year and we receive a pizza with no sauce, cheese baked into the dough and hardly cut? I wish I could say this was the first time but it's honestly the tenth. We should just stop trying but it was actually good the first time we got it when we moved to the area. You charge $0.99 more than other Little Caesars locations for a hot n' ready to give your clientele less. All while competing with places like Basil Boys and Brownie's. Well it's no competition. The pizzas have been under cooked for some time now. We give up on going there, then give them a try again. Same result every time. Under cooked, and cheese barely melted. So gross. If anything stirs up a bit of nostalgia, it's Little Caesars. I really love this place... their pizza is pretty bad, but the bread sticks - oh, what do I have to do to see you again? No one has done a better job. Period. Especially when they are just a little underdone. And the pizza sauce is pretty delectable as well. Since my first job was at a Little Caesars, I'm a little biased - but damn I love me some bread sticks from LC. I wonder where the closest one is for me now. I might need to research that - too bad I care about my health now. I'm taking a developmental psychology class right now, and they talk about the invincibility of adolescents - what? First couple of times I went there in 2018-2019 it was amazing. Perfect bread sticks and well but not over cooked pizza. Now it's always over cooked and bread sticks are rock hard. They also raised their prices, just not good all around, and I love LC pizza. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and 2 bags of breadsticks. Got home and the breadsticks were burnt and dried out. Called and politely asked to speak to the manager. She stated that I would have to come all the way back up there with the breadsticks to get an exchange. I told her that I didn't have time to do that and they could just credit me for a future visit. She said that's not how they do it and those are the rules. I asked to get the store managers name and information and she said that she wouldn't give it to me. IT's little Caesars, but why does their pizza taste different then any of the others in the area? something with the way they do their crust too, it has a "sandpaper" texture to it unlike the other places i've been. the deepdish is okay, but the rounds are not that great. read more
