Upon arriving at 6:27 PM, was told that my order would be STARTED at 6:30; I'd need to wait "about 30 minutes." How hard is it to have a pizza ready for pickup at the CLEARLY agreed upon time? HUGELY unimpressed with service. Waiting for pizza now. Hopefully the product will be better than the process.

We ordered a few entrees from their lunch menu and the portions were huge. Everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Piccata...the sauce was light, lemony and well balanced. It was cooked well, tender, and flavorful. No complaints there. For our entrées, my wife ordered the chicken Alfredo, and I went with the Tour of Italy. It included chicken parmigiana, lasagna, and fettuccine Alfredo. Everything tasted great, and the portions were huge. Definitely the kind of place where you leave full and probably with leftovers. Service was a bit slow, but given that it was Christmas Eve, that was understandable and didn't take away too much from the meal. Good food, generous portions, and a solid choice for a holiday dinner. We'd go back.

Got home and realized they gave us fries instead of onion rings. A little disappointing, but thankfully the food itself made up for it. The shrimp and fish were both fried just right -- crispy, not greasy, and full of flavor. The homemade tartar sauce was the real standout. You can tell it's made in-house, and it paired great with everything. All in all, the food was solid even with the mix-up. We'll definitely be back, just maybe a little earlier next time.
