4 years ago, this was my favorite pizza place. Boy, have the times have changed. Yes, the decor and the facilities have upgraded, but the quality and service has gone so downhill. 3 months ago, I ordered a pizza via phone and when I got there, they told me I order jalapeños on my pizza ( I didn't). I just told them it was fine as I was not too picky and while waiting I'm sure the pizza lady bought I was impatient and gave me pizza. When I got home, it was not fully baked. This week I ordered another pizza, not too difficult of an order. Half one kind, half another. The man taking the order got very confused and got it COMPLETELY wrong. Not only that, when I tried to order a medium, "it has been 2 years since we sold medium pizzas" ALRIGHTLY THEN. I feel like a typical sizing system should include small, medium, large. But be cautious, the Little Caesar's only sells larges, x-larges, and deep dish. Honestly, just go to the Chinese place next door. read more

Very slow service. Front desk person took forever to greet customers and it took longer to receive my pizza than I have ever been through. No hot and ready pizzas. Front desk estimated 5-7 minute wait when it was more like 35 minutes. One frustrated customer came in while I was waiting due to a problem with his delivery. Update: they must have had a bad day. So, Steve the owner is rude. I wish that I could go here but honestly after employees one after another just being out of control I will never get food from this place agian. Being told that people were having intercourse in the kitchen, drivers that are so out of control they hit your car and then get told to F%$# off and have to file police reports. Honestly, sometimes I really dislike the pizza there. Sometimes they don't cook it long enough and other times they over cook it. And the wait is a huge issue. They say 8-10 min and we wait like 20 mins longer. That definitely needs to be fixed. So far, though, I have had no bad experiences with the employees. ‍ read more

I came a few days ago and told a young cashier my order when I got done paying she told me to wait about 8-10 minutes. I waited for more than that, I wouldn't blame the young cashier because she tired her best she also would give me updates on how long it was taking. my daughter and son in law ordered pizza was told it would be ready in 7 to 8 minutes they lost the order so had to make it again finally got it after 2 yes 2 hours and when they got the order it was wrong. very bad customer service and when asked to speak to a manager was told he was on break. won´t be getting pizza from there again even if it is cheap, there is a reason it is cheap. plenty of other pizza places in hastings so no big deal. read more
