After searching for quite a while and have found Chris Fahan who has perfect reviews. We really believed the job is in good hand. We have saved up enough money and dreaming a nice driveway like our neighbors. It costed around $25,000. The driveway has just been done on Nov 6 2021. The driveway is far from satisfactory with looking relatively smaller Belgian blocks lined unevenly. The driveway has gap between the lawn and Belgian blocks needed top soil. There is also a big gap between the walkway and driveway need to be taken care of. These are all issues that let us hanging high and dry. Once the last payment was collected we can't find Eric who is in charge the job and is Chris's new partner to form this new company. Eric may sometime return calls saying that he will be back to take care the outstanding issues. But these are all empty promises. We are really disappointed and beyond words now.

It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge. Everything was a seamless process from start to finish. You can tell Dorian takes pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend Dorian and the Handyman team for your needs. He showed up as I was running out the door to an appt. He said he could fix it while i was gone and he did just that! Sent me photos of the door. I asked him to meet me at my appt which was 15 mins away so I could pay him. He charged me a very reasonable price and when I got home I saw that he did and excellent job on the storm door. He added some extra screws. We get crazy wind and weather and now I don't have to worry about the door falling off and glass all over the place.
