This company deserves more that the allowed five star rating. They were amazing…read more Leading up to the day of my junk removal, Jon was communicative and answered all of my questions promptly. I had expressed concerns that some older family members would be present and Jon was quick to reassure me his team would be masked and taking COVID precautions. On the day of service, Jon and his team arrived on time and got right to work. We had more junk to be removed than expected and Jon offered to drop the first load and then return to retrieve a second load. When the truck left to drop the first load, I realized I had accidentally left a light fixture that was not trash on an old bench they had removed. Jon was nice enough to search the truck and was able to locate and return the light to me. This was really above and beyond what was expected Jon and his team were polite, worked so hard and were genuinely appreciative for the work. I could not have gotten my house and shed cleaned out without their help. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

We mentioned that we may have a few rentals here and there, and Barbara turned extremely rude and refused to provide service because of the rentals. She offered her opinion that our house would be trashed, party central, 15 people sleeping here (it's a small 3 bedroom), and that we would have an excess amount of trash. We've had multiple rental properties in the past and recognize the risks, and take the appropriate actions to mitigate these risks. Unfortunately we will have to look elsewhere for service. I had high hopes after reading previous reviews, but unfortunately this was not my experience.

A couple of months went by before I realized Whitcher came to my area. I called them and had a dumpster shortly there after. I don't feel I was being unreasonable to ask what day they would pick up, after being told two other dates that had come and gone and still no pickup. I told them that I had a dumpster overflowing and was told to get a bigger one. If it would have been picked up on time it would not be overflowing. I stayed with them because of the price, but after the owner himself called and yelled at us and would not even listen to our concerns and then told us he was terminating our agreement, that was unbelievable. If I were you, steer clear of this business. It isn't worth the hassle to deal with this family owned business. What ever happened to customer service??

I had called at a last minute but they were extremely nice and fit my pick up in for the next day!…read more I was amazed and they let me know that they did have scheduled pick ups and they would let me know if running late. They did contact me as they ran about 20-30 mins later than expected time but I was still thrilled as I called on a Monday late afternoon and my junk was gone by Tuesday morning!! They arrived and went right to work extracting the old furniture from my home and did so efficiently and very quickly. I am so glad I called them and will definitely call the next time I need any type of junk removed. Also price quoted over phone was more than what I had to pay, extremely unexpected and happy moment for me!
