I had given a picture of the design wanted and the owner conveyed to me how it would look identical and he could do it.After seeing other pieces of work in the workshop I thought I had made the right decision by choosing him.. as he seemed like a skilled craftsman. I was very let down after picking up my barrel lid to see that the design was off centered and the letter did not resemble a "K". There were also nicks left in the lid from it being hit on something. After bringing it to his attention through a picture over text he still did not see that anything was wrong. His response was if you bring it back to me sanded down I can redo it. Not everyone has equipment to do that and I don't feel as if I can trust him to correct what he already has messed up. Needless to say he still took the money and has offered no compensation for his lack of craftsmanship. GO ELSEWHERE!
