Owner Chelsea is AMAZING! My beautiful frame broken we made it on my son's birthday it was perfect…read morewe got the sad news a week later. I told the owner that this frame meant a lot to me. There was so much sentimental value because of the time it was made the people who came out make it. It was definitely one big family effort and it was a gorgeous frame and Chelsea went in on her own time and managed to fix it and make it. It's almost perfect. I was so touched that she spent all of her free time and energy trying to fix this frame to make it look good for me to have. The last thing I wanted was for to get thrown away and making a new one just didn't seem like it was possible I would recommend cozy melts to anybody who's looking for some good family time and great memories that you'll be able to save forever thank you Chelsea for fixing that beautiful frame of mine and thank you for caring. You are awesome and your staff is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about you guys. You guys are wonderful.

Never going back here to frame anything nor for anything at all…read more They first presented me the work with lint all over my artwork on the inside of the glass and they didn't even offer a discount after I drove so far just to come back again for their mistake. They fixed it only after I pointed it out. The job was sloppy, it's like expensive materials used to make a sloppy frame. They don't deserve to use such materials. Also I got a quote from 10k frames for the same materials and they were $200 less! I felt so bad I didn't go to them first. I'm going to reframe the work soon just so I can say someone else did it. And they had the nerve to put their information at the back of the frame so unprofessionally, of course I took it off! I will go elsewhere unless I wanted hobby work done with expensive materials that are not even that expensive they over charged me by $200. Walnut and museum glass is not that expensive! I'm not going to tell people where to frame their work but I will let you know I'm never recommending anyone when they ask me and I will never go here again.

But each terrarium comes with a handy care guide and if it's your first time or if you have questions the owner walks you through the different plants and whether an open or closed container may be best for you! 6 months later after my first visit and my plants are still going strong. Additionally, this place also has a very calming presence and me and my friends were able to get a small coffee to drink whilst making our terrariums. There is a wide selection of different and miscellaneous items you can choose to include outside of plants. My favorite were the rocks and crystals obviously. Who doesn't love a lil sparkle? Each time I've went it's typically about an hour to an hour and a half experience totaling around 45 dollars. But that depends on what extra items you get. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to visit and the number one hangout spot I suggest to people when they come to Dayton.
