I had an appt and only waited for about 5 minutes until it was my turn. Granted the room number I was given online was wrong, and the only given at the Amt was wrong too, so after going to the third room, I had finally found the correct one. As always the staff was slow, but to my surprise they were actually very friendly. I forgot to bring photos for my perso, so the lady told me where I can go and waited for me to come back. And when I did come back I was able to right back to her and get everything filed. It's not the nicest place in the world, but I have been to way worse Ämter, this is actually one of the more friendly ones I have been to
