I am totally perplexed by the good ratings. I was not going to review - but since I have written…read morethem twice to no avail, I feel I must review. 1. Could not clean a few windows because they could not open - maybe the fault of my old house, so will give benefit of the doubt. 2. They definitely did not do the sills. 3. ****** They took took out my dirty window screens and PUT ON MY LIHJT CARPETING! They apologized - but that didn't really help! Literally like 10 filthy lines on rug 4. This is the worst - one of the guys broke the cord on my dining room pleated shade..I did not realize it until after they left..the shade was rolled part way up the window when they got here..after they left it was down..so I went to roll it back up..and TORN CORD! He had to have known he did it - but not a word to me! Pretty disgusted:(
