Scott came out to inspect our home this past weekend, and I couldn't have been more impressed with…read morehis professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. Rather than recommending a service we didn't need, he took the time to thoroughly assess our roof and explained why it should not be cleaned at this time. Our roof is covered with defective solar panels that will be removed, and because he couldn't see the condition of the roof underneath, he recommended waiting until the panels are off before making any decisions. What really stood out was that he even took the time to write a detailed explanation that I can provide to the solar company explaining why the roof should not be cleaned until the panels are removed. That level of customer service and integrity is rare. It's refreshing to work with someone who puts the customer's best interest first instead of trying to make a sale. I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional.
