They have table games and slot machines at the Casino. Our de-luxe room amenities: air-conditioned room and minibars. Flat screen TV and complimentary wireless Internet/Wi-Fi, Bath tub and complimentary toiletries. And the housekeeping is provided daily. Cleaned room everyday. Kiddos enjoyed the outdoor pool, but their nightclub and lounge was under renovation, bummer! Anyway, we enjoyed our everyday breakfast meal (free buffet for 2) at the Cafe/Restaurant Josefina with a beautiful lush garden. They have Top notch friendly and attentive waiters. I was treated like a Queen. I literally love the Filipino breakfast, desserts, fresh fruits juices, I love the yellow ripe mangoes and the pure hot chocolate and brewed coffee. Hotel also offers a round trip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge and free self-parking is available. Highly recommend this hotel if you're a traveler visiting Davao City area. Decent price. As far as I know its been around for over 25 years. The resort improve slower than it should. The good thing about this resort is its large area they have a pool,reception,cottage,apartments,restaurant. Just don't expect too much at the beach most of the coastline in the city is black sand you can only see white sand in Samal area or far away coastlines from the city district. The pricing is fine. There are still so much room for improvement though you can still enjoy your stay in this resort.

We had two different rooms and they were both moldy. The bar of soap even started to mold after the third day. The electricity operates when you place your keycard in a slot near the door and I figured that when the a/c shuts off, the room accumulates a lot of humidity so I learned to just leave the keycard in when we left the room. That definitely helped. I would've love to move to another hotel, but we had already prepaid through a travel website. Fortunately there were times that we got a break from Seda - we stayed overnight at different resorts and it was so nice having clean and comfortable accommodations. We were sad when we had to head back to Seda. One star is for the free breakfast buffet and friendly service (by most staff). It's also right across from Abreeza Mall which was nice. Also wanted to add that they were doing some construction around the elevator area on our floor and the floor above us and they neglected to tell us. No sign, no letter, nothing. The only thing they did was cover the two buttons for the floors they were working on. Everyone was confused! We managed to press the button to our floor only for it to open up to construction work. So we had to take the elevator down one floor and walk up the stairwell, which wasn't easy for me at the time due to a foot injury. So for the next few days, we had to take the other elevator which wasn't always easy. Since the other elevator was still working for the other floors, it would always come up/down first so we'd have to play with the buttons to try to call the other elevator. Very frustrating. The day after the construction was done, there was a sign about the construction...too late for that! However, they did leave a nice note under our door about the cable tv not working. Yeah, thanks for letting us know!! Tip: If you do decide to endure a stay here, opt to do your laundry at The Laundryhood at Abreeza Mall. It's way cheaper and they can deliver your clean laundry back to you.

Too many wait staff in the restaurant but service can be spotty 4. Mall facing rooms can be noisy Overall, not a fan of this property. Don't think I will stay at this hotel in the future. In a small island there may not be as many options. Probably the reason for them to continue in business. I've stayed in other Seda properties and this hotel does not live up to the brand.
