I had heard amazing things about Dr. Zhao, so we drove 14 hours from Northern Utah for a consult. It was one of the best "health" decisions I've made in dealing with an auto-immune disease. This trip was well worth the time and cost for the new direction I have in dealing with Lupus. My daughter has cancer. After surgery and radiation, she decided enough with the poison and cutting. She came with me hoping for some understanding about her situation. She was able to get many of those answers. She is also surprised at the positive energy she has and the hope of gently removing the problem before another organ succumbs. What a blessing finding Dr. Zhao has been for our family. Dr. Zhao was thorough in his explanations and was patient in answering our questions. He did not rush us and he made sure that we had every opportunity to ask those questions. He is much like the doctors years ago who took an active interest in their patient.... and unlike what is often the case in today's medical offices, when so many people feel rushed and pushed through the system systematically.

He explained all about accupuncture and Herbal medication. He gave me accupuncture using a lot of needles and herbs. It was a great experience! He is going to make up herbal medications for me. He is a very skilled doctor and I would highly recommend him.

I need a doctor to focus on me and LISTEN to my health concerns. I am not an audience of one for the doctor to go on and On and ON about how great he is. smh Yeah, I'm never going back. //// 24 hours later: This is a good example of what I mean. Dr. Ragland read a review I had posted elsewhere yesterday. He texted me this aftn and told that he "did not deserve" my bad review. Life is ALWAYS 'all about him'. Please find another acupuncturist who focuses on your needs and not his.

I'm a nurse and so it's been ingrained upon me to stick to western medicine. Well, as one of my…read moresurgeon's recently told me, western medicine doesn't know everything. I was struggling with some pain and inflammation and Aubrey was referred to me by another nurse, so I finally caved and came in. I had tried acupuncture in the past and it helped, but I never made the time to actually continue treatment. I've been coming once a week for about 6 weeks now and I am noticeably better. I'm also taking some of his Chinese herbs for adhesions from surgery and inflammation. Amazing. Also, just as a head's up, Aubrey's personality is not for everyone. He's very quirky, but he grows on you. And his uncanny intuition is 100 percent worth it. He knew I had a headache the day before. He knows when I'm not sleeping. He knows where I am in my cycle. He's been a Doctor of Oriental Medicine for over 25 years and is great! Also does cupping, adjustments, and blood infusions. If you don't feel right, and your primary isn't listening, give this man a go. Side note, does take insurance and if you don't have it, will give you a subsidized rate.
