She gave great advice but also went with what we wanted. At the rehearsal and on the day she was on top of it. She made sure things ran seamlessly but that it fit the flow of the wedding, not just sticking to a schedule. They helped make sure decor was how it was meant to be and helped get things ready for cleanup. When stress got high Julie was ready to step in and help dissipate the tension. They were fantastic and I can't imagine our day going as well without them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marcy and I cannot recommend her enough! From the…read moremoment I walked into her studio, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Her space is not only beautifully set up but also thoughtfully designed to bring out the best in each shot. She has a true gift--not just for photography, but for capturing you. Every picture she took felt authentic, flattering, and full of personality. She gave great direction when needed but also let me be myself, which made the whole experience feel natural and fun. The final images were stunning--creative and professional. You can tell she puts her heart into her work and genuinely cares about getting it right. If you're looking for a photographer who is talented, professional, and a joy to work with, look no further!

Kristina and Shaun are an absolute pleasure to work with! I got married on October 8, 2018 (yes a…read moreMonday) and they made our wedding everything we wanted it to be and so much more! We had our wedding in Northern Maryland and they had no problem traveling to us! It was so hard finding a DJ/entertainment service that could provide us with all of the services we wanted for our wedding at a reasonable price; it's not a coincidence I came across Nighthawk in my planning because we were blessed to find them. They made our vision come to life and I am sincerely grateful that they were a part of our day because they truly made it special! We had amazing lighting effects, a monogram and a great dancing on a cloud effect. They really listened to our needs and wants and actually executed them. We had very specific song requests and song mashups and we never got a "sorry, can't do that." I mean it when I say they made it all possible. I love how easy it was to communicate with them too; because when it comes to wedding planning the absolute last thing you need is an unresponsive vendor. Kristina was our MC and kept everything on track for us. She even helped bustle my dress! 5 stars is not enough, without a doubt they deserve 10! Thank you to Kristina and Shaun for making our wedding magical you guys have a client for life!

She was still going to charge us full price for a studio and outdoor session even though we only wanted half of the package. There's also an extra $40 weekend charge. The DAY BEFORE our 9am appointment, I got a call at 1pm - it was Theresa canceling. She didn't have another photographer as back-up and couldn't rebook us until several weeks later. She said she had to go out of town last minute, which is funny because when I booked her she said she had a wedding later that day. I hope she didn't cancel on the bride as well! We haven't heard from her since. We were actually considering her for our wedding, but are definitely going elsewhere now. So unprofessional.

Short version: Kyle is the single best closeup magician I have ever seen, and 400 years ago he…read morewould have been burned as a witch. Longer version: Kyle performed at my family reunion, for a crowd of about 15. First thing that I noticed: he knew every single person's name by heart within the first 10 minutes of arriving. Just while he was talking to people, sharing a few jokes, setting up for the show. Even before he had performed a single trick, he had charmed every member of my family, even the grumpy ones and even the young'ns, some of whom are usually shy. He was funny, considerate, intelligent, articulate, gracious, patient, and I know he's got a houseful of his own kids and he's worked with young people, and he was just as fantastic with generation A as he was with the Gen Xers and the Boomers!! My family ranged in age from 11 to 78. And Kyle had something to delight every single person there. During the act itself, he invited us to sit up close, and we could easily see every moment, every movement, every manipulation, and he befuddled and befuzzled every single one of us. So in this, Kyle actually defied Abraham Lincoln: he fooled all of my family, all of the time. And Kyle invited audience participation in several of the tricks. And every single trick was an absolute mind breaker. Some of my family members were sitting 2 feet away, and every single person was bowled over by the magic Kyle performed with such craftsmanship and confidence. Plus the guy is funny! A genuinely talented magician, and a fiendishly quick wit. His friendly banter and incisive patter and audience engagement delighted everyone there.
