This is without a doubt like the Costco comparison of taste testing. On some evenings they have some great vendors/suppliers giving out free samples. Have to always make sure I pack a snack just in case there are more than 3 vendors on the floor - which is almost always the case!

First off I came here on a mission to get Margaritaville brand Margarita mix. I went to the location in Victoria Park and surprisingly they didn't carry it. So I was out doing errands and thought I would stop here. Nice parking spot directly out front sure did help. Once inside I beeline to the mixes. Not only did they have what I wanted but carried it in Skinny which I also bought and Mango. While I was there I got some other items that I never had seen before like Captain Morgan's premade rum punch. Also got Triple Sec and Bailey's as it's Tis the season. Also got assistance in helping me find everything by associate Angie. It was a truly wonderful shopping experience and definitely I am prepared for the holidays.

The staff are always friendly, the store is super clean and they have GREAT specials if you have a Winn Dixie card. It's near but not adjoining to the Winn Dixie in the Promenade Shops, you know, that shopping center where Michael's, Nordstrom Rack, Gold's Gym and Chuck e-Cheese is. (I know, nobody knows it's called the Promenade shops, but there you go). Oh, and it's got alcohol. Lots and lots of it.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even offered a few samples for me to try, which was a fun bonus while browsing. I've visited several Total Wine & More locations before, but the customer service at this one really stood out. It's always refreshing when staff take the time to be attentive and genuinely helpful. That's the only place I can get my favorite blended scotch whiskey (Something special) in the area. No big line, if you already know what you are getting it's a quick stop 10 mins max. Even though you will find alot of liquors, their wine selection is pretty limited. Plastic cup is offered if requested at no cost. Staff is pretty chill, always restocking. Price are decent and sometimes they do offer clearance items and discontinued stuff for a fraction of the price. Parking is safe and located in front of the store. Since I've been coming for years, I don't have any complaints about that store.
